- کوئی منتقلی نہیں: درخواست فارم میں کسی بھی تحریری بیان کو پورا نہ کرنا یا کوئی غلط معلومات خود بخود درخواست کو منسوخ کر دے گی۔ منتخب امیدواروں کو 02 سال تک منتقلی کا کوئی حق نہیں ہوگا۔
- انتخابی بورڈز: شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کی فہرست DHO مردان کے نوٹس بورڈ پر جانچ پڑتال کے لیے آویزاں کی جائے گی۔
- اصل دستاویزات: شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے وقت اصل دستاویزات کے ساتھ CNIC اور ہر دستاویز کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپیاں لانی ہوں گی۔
- دستاویزات کی تصدیق: دستاویزات کی تصدیق کے وقت، منتخب امیدوار کا تقرری حکم جاری کیا جائے گا۔ اگر جعلی/غلط معلومات کے دستاویزات پائے گئے تو ان کا تقرری حکم خود بخود منسوخ کر دیا جائے گا، اور خواتین امیدواروں کے لیے 10% جرمانہ، معذوروں کے لیے 2% کوٹہ، اور اقلیتوں کے لیے 5% کوٹہ محفوظ رہے گا۔ یہ شق سچائی کی سختی سے پابندی اور غلط بیانی کے لیے سخت سزاؤں پر زور دیتی ہے۔
- ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو: ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا یومیہ الاؤنس (DA) قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
درخواست کیسے دیں: ایک مرحلہ وار رہنما
دلچسپی رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو اپنی درخواست کو کامیابی سے جمع کرانے کے لیے آن لائن درخواست کے عمل پر تندہی سے عمل کرنا چاہیے۔
- ای ٹی ای اے کی ویب سائٹ پر جائیں: ای ٹی ای اے کی ویب سائٹ پر جائیں: www.etea.edu.pk۔
- ہدایات کو غور سے پڑھیں: آن لائن درخواست کے عمل کے لیے ہدایات کو غور سے پڑھیں۔
- پروجیکٹ کوڈ اور امیدوار کی ذاتی معلومات: درست پروجیکٹ کوڈ اور اپنی ذاتی معلومات کو درست طریقے سے درج کریں۔
- ڈپازٹ فیس: مقررہ ٹیسٹ فیس (ناقابل واپسی) ایزی پیسہ ایپ یا ایجنٹ، جاز کیش یا یو بی ایل اومنی ایجنٹ کے ذریعے جمع کروائیں۔ امیدوار کسی بھی بینک کے ذریعے یو بی ایل ڈپازٹ سلپ (امیدوار کاپی) کے ذریعے بھی فیس جمع کراسکتے ہیں جس پر بینک کی مہر لگی ہو۔
- دستاویزات اپ لوڈ کریں: اپنا CNIC، ڈومیسائل، ای ٹی ای اے کاپی، تعلیمی اسناد/دستاویزات کی کاپیاں اپ لوڈ کریں۔ یہ دستاویزات ان امیدواروں کو فراہم کرنا ہوں گے جو اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں اہل ہوں گے، جب بھی ای ٹی ای اے یا تعیناتی اتھارٹی کے ذریعے جانچ پڑتال کے لیے مطلوب ہوں۔
- آن لائن درخواست فارم: آن لائن درخواست فارم ای ٹی ای اے کی ویب سائٹ پر 03 جون 2025 سے دستیاب ہوگا۔
- ایس ایم ایس نوٹیفکیشن: امیدواروں کو ای ٹی ای اے کے ذریعے ایس ایم ایس کے ذریعے اطلاع دی جائے گی تاکہ وہ www.etea.edu.pk سے اپنے رول نمبر سلپ ڈاؤن لوڈ اور پرنٹ کر سکیں۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کا سیل نمبر غیر پورٹیبل موبائل نمبر پر تبدیل/پورٹ کیا گیا ہے۔
- ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ، وقت اور مقام: ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ، وقت اور مقام رول نمبر سلپ پر درج ہوگا۔
- انٹرویو کال لیٹر: کوئی کال لیٹر جاری نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ امیدواروں کو پورٹل/کوریئر کے ذریعے ٹیسٹ حاصل کرنے کی اطلاع دی جاتی ہے۔
درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: آن لائن درخواستوں کی آخری تاریخ 18 جون 2025 ہے۔ امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ کسی بھی تکنیکی مسائل سے بچنے کے لیے آخری تاریخ سے بہت پہلے اپنی درخواستیں جمع کرائیں۔
