Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for these rewarding opportunities, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

Domicile Requirement:

• Candidates must hold domicile of District South Waziristan Upper or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are locally domiciled in District South Waziristan Upper.
• In the event that suitably qualified local candidates are not available, candidates from adjacent and nearest Districts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be considered, provided they fulfill all necessary codal formalities and eligibility requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

For all positions listed above, the minimum educational and professional qualifications are as follows:

• Academic Qualification:
  • Must have obtained at least a Second Division Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science from a recognized board of education. This foundational science education is crucial for understanding the technical aspects of the roles.
• Professional Qualification:
  • For Clinical Technician (Pharmacy):
    • Candidates must possess a two-year diploma in relevant Paramedical Technology recognized by the Medical Faculty. This diploma must be specifically in a field relevant to Pharmacy practice.
    • OR Candidates holding FSC Medical Technology in the relevant technology from a recognized institution are also eligible to apply. This qualification pathway ensures candidates have a strong technical foundation in pharmaceutical sciences.
  • For PHC Technician MP (MT), PHC Technician MP (EPI), and PHC Technician MCH (LHV):
    • Candidates must hold a two-year diploma in Technology Health from the Faculty of Paramedical & Allied Health Services Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This specialized diploma ensures candidates are trained in the specific skills required for primary healthcare technology roles within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa health system.

Age Limit:

• The age limit for all positions is between 18 to 32 years.
• Age relaxation may be granted in accordance with existing Government rules and regulations, where applicable. Please refer to government policy for specific age relaxation criteria.

Terms and Conditions of Employment:

All appointments made under this advertisement will be subject to the following terms and conditions. Candidates are advised to carefully review these terms before applying:

1. ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally permitted to participate in a screening test conducted by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). This test is a preliminary step to assess the suitability of candidates. However, it is important to note that mere participation in the ETEA test does not guarantee eligibility.
2. Scrutiny of Applications: Detailed scrutiny of all applications will be conducted by the Appointing Authority after the ETEA screening test. This in-depth review will assess all aspects of a candidate’s application against the eligibility criteria. If any candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority without further recourse.
3. ETEA Profile and CNIC Verification: All candidates are mandatorily required to create a profile on the official ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk). After creating their profile, and crucially before applying for any position or depositing the application fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website. This token is then used to get their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number verified from any designated NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Applications will not be processed if CNIC verification through the E-Sahulat Token is not completed. This verification step is essential for application processing.
4. Interview Call Letters: Interview call letters will only be issued to candidates who are shortlisted based on their performance in the ETEA screening test and subsequent scrutiny of applications. Meeting the minimum qualification criteria does not automatically guarantee an interview call.
5. Screening Basis – ETEA Test: The primary basis for shortlisting candidates for interviews will be their performance in the screening test conducted by ETEA. Candidates are encouraged to prepare thoroughly for this test.
6. Eligibility by Last Date: Candidates must be eligible in all respects (qualification, domicile, age, experience, etc.) by the last date for receipt of applications. Eligibility will not be determined based on qualifications or criteria obtained after this closing date.
7. Incomplete and Late Applications: Incomplete applications (those missing required documents or information) and applications received after the due date will not be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are responsible for ensuring their application is complete and submitted on time.
8. Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit, if applicable, will be granted strictly in accordance with existing Government rules and regulations. Candidates seeking age relaxation must provide valid documentation as proof.
9. Government/Semi-Government Employees: Candidates who are currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channels. They must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer to be considered for these positions.
10. Separate Applications for Multiple Posts: Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position must submit a separate application for each post and pay the prescribed fee separately for each application. Combining applications for multiple positions is not permitted.
11. Preference for Local Domicile: As stated earlier, preference will be given to candidates holding domicile of District South Waziristan Upper. Only in the event of non-availability of suitable local candidates, will candidates from other Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa be considered, subject to fulfilling all codal formalities.
12. Authority’s Right to Cancel/Reject: The Competent Authority reserves the absolute right to cancel or reject any application without assigning any reason. Furthermore, the recruitment process may be altered or cancelled entirely if there are changes in the relevant Service Rules or ATP (Appointment, Terms and Conditions) Rules. In such cases, the committee will strictly adhere to the prevailing Government rules and policies.
13. Rectification of Errors/Omissions: Errors or omissions in the advertisement, including the number of posts advertised, are subject to rectification. The number of vacancies is provisional and can be increased or decreased as per position codes sanctioned by the Finance Department.

15. عمر کی حد:

• تمام آسامیوں کے لیے عمر کی حد 18 سے 32 سال ہے۔
• بالائی عمر کی حد میں رعایت، اگر قابل اطلاق ہو، موجودہ حکومتی قوانین اور ضوابط کے مطابق سختی سے دی جائے گی۔ عمر میں رعایت کے مخصوص معیار کے لیے براہ کرم حکومتی پالیسی سے رجوع کریں۔

ملازمت کی شرائط و ضوابط:

1. ای ٹی ای اے اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ: امیدواروں کو عارضی طور پر ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوشن ایجنسی (ETEA) کے زیر اہتمام اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں شرکت کی اجازت ہوگی۔ یہ ٹیسٹ امیدواروں کی موزونیت کا اندازہ لگانے کے لیے ایک ابتدائی قدم ہے۔ تاہم، یہ نوٹ کرنا ضروری ہے کہ محض ETEA ٹیسٹ میں شرکت اہلیت کی ضمانت نہیں دیتی ہے۔

4. انٹرویو کال لیٹرز: انٹرویو کال لیٹرز صرف ان امیدواروں کو جاری کیے جائیں گے جو ای ٹی ای اے اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں اپنی کارکردگی اور درخواستوں کی جانچ پڑتال کے بعد شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے ہیں۔ کم از کم اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنا خود بخود انٹرویو کال کی ضمانت نہیں دیتا۔
5. اسکریننگ کی بنیاد – ETEA ٹیسٹ: انٹرویوز کے لیے امیدواروں کو شارٹ لسٹ کرنے کی بنیادی بنیاد ETEA کے زیر اہتمام اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں ان کی کارکردگی ہوگی۔ امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اس ٹیسٹ کے لیے اچھی طرح تیاری کریں۔
6. آخری تاریخ تک اہلیت: امیدوار آخری تاریخ برائے وصولی درخواست تک ہر لحاظ سے (قابلیت، ڈومیسائل، عمر، تجربہ وغیرہ) اہل ہونے چاہئیں۔ اس آخری تاریخ کے بعد حاصل کی گئی قابلیت یا معیار کی بنیاد پر اہلیت کا تعین نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
7. نامکمل اور تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں: نامکمل درخواستیں (جن میں مطلوبہ دستاویزات یا معلومات غائب ہوں) اور مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر کسی بھی صورت میں غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ امیدوار اس بات کو یقینی بنانے کے ذمہ دار ہیں کہ ان کی درخواست بروقت اور مکمل جمع کرائی جائے۔
8. عمر میں رعایت: اوپری عمر کی حد میں رعایت، اگر قابل اطلاق ہو، سختی سے موجودہ حکومتی قوانین اور ضوابط کے مطابق دی جائے گی۔ عمر میں رعایت کے خواہشمند امیدواروں کو ثبوت کے طور پر درست دستاویزات فراہم کرنا ہوں گی۔
