The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan is pleased to announce the invitation for sealed bids for the construction of a public place at Barmas Pain, Gilgit. This project aims to enhance community facilities and provide a space for public gatherings and activities.
Project Overview
The construction project at Barmas Pain will include the following key components:
- Site Preparation: Clearing and leveling the land to prepare for construction.
- Infrastructure Development: Building essential facilities such as seating areas, pathways, and landscaping.
- Utilities Installation: Ensuring access to water, electricity, and sanitation facilities.
- Safety Measures: Implementing safety protocols during and after construction.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Excavation and Earthworks:

- Concrete Works:

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this tender, bidders must meet the following criteria:
- Registration: Must be a registered contractor with the relevant authorities in Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Financial Stability: Demonstrated financial stability with the ability to undertake projects of similar scale.
- References: Provide at least three references from previous clients or completed projects.
Bid Submission Guidelines
Interested bidders are required to submit their sealed bids along with the following documents:
- Completed bidding form (available from the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan’s website).
- Company profile including details of previous projects.
- Financial proposal detailing costs associated with each component of the project.
- Copies of relevant registration certificates.
Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Gilgit-Baltistan by February 20, 2025, no later than 11 AM PKT. Late submissions will not be considered.

کام کا دائرہ
کام کا دائرہ شامل ہے لیکن اس تک محدود نہیں ہے:
- کھدائی اور زمین کے کام:
- سائٹ کو ملبے اور پودوں سے صاف کرنا۔
- بنیادوں اور یوٹیلیٹیز کے لیے کھدائی کرنا۔
- کنکریٹ کے کام:
- راستوں، نشستوں کے علاقوں اور دیگر ڈھانچوں کے لیے کنکریٹ ڈالنا۔
- کنکریٹ کی سطحوں کی مناسب curing اور finishing کو یقینی بنانا۔
- باغبانی:
- باغات اور سبز جگہوں جیسی باغبانی کی خصوصیات کا ڈیزائن اور نفاذ کرنا۔
- عوامی جگہ کی جمالیات کو بڑھانے کے لیے درختوں اور جھاڑیوں کا پودا لگانا۔
- یوٹیلیٹی کنکشنز:
- پانی کی سپلائی لائنیں، نکاسی آب کے نظام، اور بجلی کے کنکشنز نصب کرنا۔
- یوٹیلیٹی انسٹالیشنز سے متعلق مقامی ضوابط کی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا۔
اہل ہونے کی شرائط
اس ٹینڈر کے لیے اہل ہونے کے لیے بولی دہندگان کو درج ذیل شرائط پر پورا اترنا ہوگا:
- رجسٹریشن: حکومت گلگت بلتستان میں متعلقہ حکام کے ساتھ رجسٹرڈ ٹھیکیدار ہونا۔
- تجربہ: شہری تعمیراتی منصوبوں میں کم از کم 5 سال کا تجربہ۔
- مالی استحکام: اسی پیمانے پر منصوبے انجام دینے کی صلاحیت کے ساتھ مالی استحکام ثابت کرنا۔
- حوالے: مکمل شدہ منصوبوں یا پچھلے کلائنٹس سے کم از کم تین حوالہ جات فراہم کرنا۔
بولی جمع کرانے کی ہدایات
دلچسپی رکھنے والے بولی دہندگان کو اپنی سیلڈ بولیاں درج ذیل دستاویزات کے ساتھ جمع کرانی ہوں گی:
- مکمل کردہ بولی فارم (حکومت گلگت بلتستان کی ویب سائٹ سے دستیاب)۔
- کمپنی پروفائل جس میں پچھلے منصوبوں کی تفصیلات شامل ہوں۔
- مالی تجویز جو منصوبے کے ہر جزو سے متعلق اخراجات کی تفصیل دے۔
- متعلقہ رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹس کی کاپیوں۔
بولیاں چیف انجینئر، عوامی کاموں کے محکمے، گلگت بلتستان میں جمع کرائی جائیں گی، 20 فروری، 2025 تک، صبح 11 بجے پی کے ٹی سے پہلے۔ دیر سے جمع کرائی گئی بولیاں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
تشخیص کا عمل
بولیوں کا جائزہ درج ذیل بنیادوں پر لیا جائے گا:
- اہلیت کی شرائط پر عمل درآمد۔
- پیش کردہ منصوبوں کا معیار اور عملی حیثیت۔
- لاگت مؤثر ہونا اور بجٹ پر عملدرآمد۔
- اسی طرح کے منصوبے مکمل کرنے میں تجربہ اور شہرت۔
حکومت کسی بھی یا تمام بولیوں کو بغیر کسی وجہ بتائے مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
