Key Responsibilities
As an Officer IT Support, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues reported by employees.
- Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Installation and Configuration:
- Install and configure computer systems, software applications, printers, and other peripherals.

- Troubleshooting:

Requirements
