- انٹرویو کے لیے شارٹ لسٹنگ: صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔ شارٹ لسٹنگ اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں کارکردگی اور اہلیت کے معیار کی تکمیل پر مبنی ہوگی۔
- موبائل نمبر فعال: امیدواروں کو بھرتی کا پورا عمل مکمل ہونے تک اپنے موبائل نمبر فعال رکھنے ہوں گے۔ بصورت دیگر، گمشدہ مواصلات کی ذمہ داری امیدواروں پر ہوگی۔ یہ ٹیسٹ، انٹرویوز، اور دیگر اہم اعلانات کے بارے میں بروقت اپ ڈیٹس حاصل کرنے کے لیے اہم ہے۔
- عمر کی گنتی کی آخری تاریخ: درخواستیں وصول کرنے کی آخری تاریخ امیدواروں کی عمر کی گنتی کے لیے کٹ آف تاریخ ہوگی۔ درخواست دہندگان کو یہ یقینی بنانا چاہیے کہ وہ اس مخصوص تاریخ تک عمر کی حد کو پورا کرتے ہیں۔
- نامکمل/تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں: نامکمل درخواستیں یا مقررہ آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ یہ مکمل ہونے اور ڈیڈ لائن کی سخت پابندی موثر پروسیسنگ کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
- عمر میں نرمی: عمر میں نرمی موجودہ حکومتی قوانین کے مطابق دی جائے گی۔ یہ حکومتی پالیسی کے مطابق امیدواروں کی بعض اقسام کے لیے لچک فراہم کرتا ہے۔
- سرکاری/نیم سرکاری ملازمین: سرکاری یا نیم سرکاری اداروں میں کام کرنے والے امیدواروں کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی ہوگی۔ متعلقہ محکمہ کی طرف سے جاری کردہ تجربہ کے سرٹیفکیٹ، جو محکمہ کے سربراہ کے دستخط شدہ ہوں، قابل قبول ہوں گے۔ نجی اداروں سے تجربہ قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ یہ مناسب پروٹوکول کو یقینی بناتا ہے اور تجربے کی صداقت کی تصدیق کرتا ہے۔

- میرٹ لسٹ کی میعاد: میرٹ لسٹ انٹرویو کی تاریخ سے تین ماہ کی مدت کے لیے درست رہے گی۔ یہ ابتدائی منتخب امیدواروں کے شامل نہ ہونے کی صورت میں آسامیاں پُر کرنے کی اجازت دیتا ہے۔
- ڈگری/سرٹیفکیٹ کی تصدیق: صرف تصدیق شدہ ڈگریاں یا سرٹیفکیٹ قابل قبول ہوں گے۔ ان کی تصدیق جاری کرنے والے ادارے سے بھرتی کے بعد کی جائے گی، اور تمام متعلقہ اخراجات امیدوار خود برداشت کرے گا۔ اگر کوئی ڈگری یا سرٹیفکیٹ جعلی ثابت ہوا تو متعلقہ امیدوار کو ملازمت کے لیے نااہل قرار دیا جائے گا۔ یہ تعلیمی اسناد کی سخت تصدیق پر زور دیتا ہے۔
