- Final semester students enrolled in LLB or LLM programmes at HEC-recognized institutions.
- A minimum CGPA of 2.0 or equivalent.

Responsibilities of Legal Interns
Legal interns at ML&CD will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Legal Research: Conducting thorough research on legal issues related to military lands, cantonments, and administrative regulations.
- Document Drafting: Assisting in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Case Preparation: Supporting senior lawyers in preparing cases for hearings, including gathering evidence and organizing case files.

قانونی انٹرنز کی ذمہ داریاں
ML&CD میں قانونی انٹرنز مختلف کاموں میں مشغول ہوں گے، جن میں شامل ہیں لیکن ان تک محدود نہیں:
- قانونی تحقیق: فوجی زمینوں، کینٹونمنٹ، اور انتظامی ضوابط سے متعلق قانونی مسائل پر مکمل تحقیق کرنا۔
- دستاویزات کی تیاری: قانونی دستاویزات جیسے معاہدے، معاہدے، اور یادداشتیں تیار کرنے میں مدد کرنا۔
- کیس کی تیاری: سینئر وکیلوں کی مدد کرنا کیسز کی سماعتوں کے لیے تیاری کرتے وقت، بشمول شواہد جمع کرنا اور کیس فائلیں منظم کرنا۔
- کلائنٹ سے بات چیت: کلائنٹس اور اسٹیک ہولڈرز سے بات چیت کرنا تاکہ ان کی قانونی ضروریات کو سمجھا جا سکے اور درکار مدد فراہم کی جا سکے۔
- عدالتی کارروائیوں میں شرکت کرنا: عدالتی کارروائیوں کا مشاہدہ کرنا اور مقدمے بازی اور قانونی نمائندگی کے عملی پہلوؤں میں بصیرت حاصل کرنا۔

انتخاب کا عمل
انتخاب مکمل طور پر میرٹ پر مبنی ہوگا، جس میں تعلیمی ریکارڈز اور انٹرویو کے دوران کارکردگی کو مدنظر رکھا جائے گا۔ صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔ انٹرویو میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی TA/DA فراہم نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
