On the date of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and will have to submit an acceptance resignation from their existing employment with any other entity (local or abroad), including but not limited to civil service of the Government. Upon joining MTI Mardan, the selected candidates will be required to dedicate their full professional commitment to the institution and relinquish any other employment to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure undivided focus on their responsibilities at the MTI.
3. Candidates will be disqualified/terminated if found guilty of any perjury in his/her documentation/credentials at any stage. Providing false or misleading information in the application or supporting documents will lead to immediate disqualification or termination of employment.
4. The institution reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of positions. The number of advertised vacancies may be adjusted based on the institution’s needs.

شرائط و ضوابط:

1. ملازم کی خدمات خیبر پختونخواہ میڈیکل ٹیچنگ انسٹی ٹیوشن ایکٹ، 2015 (بمعہ ترمیم) اور MTI ضوابط کے تحت ہوں گی۔ یہ ضوابط MTI کے اندر ملازمت اور سروس کی شرائط کے لیے فریم ورک فراہم کرتے ہیں۔
2. تقرری کی تاریخ پر، امیدوار ایک کل وقتی ادارہ جاتی ملازم بن جائے گا اور اسے کسی دوسرے ادارے (ملکی یا غیر ملکی)، بشمول حکومت کی سول سروس تک محدود نہیں، کے ساتھ اپنی موجودہ ملازمت سے استعفیٰ جمع کرانا ہوگا۔ MTI مردان میں شمولیت اختیار کرنے پر، منتخب امیدواروں کو ادارے کے لیے اپنی مکمل پیشہ ورانہ وابستگی ظاہر کرنا ہوگی اور مفادات کے تصادم سے بچنے اور MTI میں اپنی ذمہ داریوں پر غیر منقسم توجہ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے کسی بھی دوسری ملازمت سے دستبردار ہونا ہوگا۔
