- تکنیکی صلاحیت: منصوبے کو انجام دینے کے لیے اہل عملے اور تکنیکی وسائل کی دستیابی۔
- تعمیل: بجلی کی تنصیبات سے متعلق تمام متعلقہ مقامی اور قومی ضوابط کی پابندی۔
