Job Summary:
As a Junior Executive at NADRA, you will be at the forefront of our operations, interacting with citizens and helping them access the services provided by the authority. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions, process applications, and assist in identity verification tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting citizens in filling out forms, resolving queries, and ensuring that their applications are processed smoothly.
  • Handling biometric data entry, including fingerprint scanning and facial recognition.
  • Managing data entry and ensuring the accurate processing of forms and related documentation.
  • Conducting initial verification of documents to ensure all required paperwork is complete.
  • Addressing citizens’ concerns and providing information regarding the procedures, timelines, and necessary requirements for various NADRA services.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of Intermediate (FA/FSc) qualification.

2. Senior Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior Executive is a key management role responsible for overseeing operations at the district or regional level. In this role, you will supervise Junior Executives and other support staff, ensuring that all NADRA services are delivered efficiently and effectively to the public. You will also play an integral part in decision-making processes related to staff management and center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations at the NADRA office and ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervising and mentoring Junior Executives, support staff, and other team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with NADRA’s policies, protocols, and standards in all customer-facing activities.
  • Resolving complex customer queries and handling escalations.
  • Coordinating with district and provincial managers to report on operational performance.
  • Overseeing the implementation of biometric systems, registration drives, and other initiatives.
  • Ensuring that staff follows strict security protocols, especially in the handling of sensitive citizen data.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or executive role, preferably in a government, customer service, or IT-based environment.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a government or public service organization.
  • Familiarity with NADRA’s registration and data management systems.

4. Naib Qasid

Job Summary:
As a Naib Qasid, you will provide essential support to the office staff by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of NADRA offices, assisting senior staff in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the delivery of official documents within the office and to other departments.
  • Helping in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
  • Assisting with photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Running errands such as delivering documents, serving tea, and managing basic office needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Matriculation (10th grade) qualification.
  • Ability to read and write in Urdu.
  • A professional attitude and willingness to learn.
