- CA/CFA OR CA (Inter)/ACMA/ACCA Member with 05 years post-qualification relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in Govt. Dept./Semi-Govt. Org./Corporations/Autonomous Bodies and well-reputed listed Public Limited Companies.
- OR M.Com/MBA (Finance)/M.A (Economics)/M.Sc (Economics)/B.Com (Hons)/BBA Hons (Finance), 1st Division/2.0 CGPA out of 4 from HEC recognized University with 05 years relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in Govt. Dept./Semi-Govt. Organization/Corporations/Autonomous Bodies and well-reputed listed Public Limited Companies.

- Qualification & Experience:
- CA (Inter)/ACMA/ACCA (Member)/CFA (Level 4) OR M.Com/MBA (Finance)/MA (Economics)/M.Sc (Economics) 1st Division/2.0 CGPA out of 4 from HEC Recognized University OR BBA Hons (Finance)/B.Com (Hons)/BS (Commerce)/BS (Hons) (Economics)/BS Hons (Accounting & Finance) from HEC Recognized University with minimum 2.0 CGPA out of 4.
- ***CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter)/ACCA (Member) in 1st position/2.5 CGPA out of 4. OR M.Com/MBA (Finance), B.Com (Hons)/BBA Finance (Hons) in 1st Division/minimum 2.5 CGPA out of 4. Also have 2 years post-qualification experience in Audit and Account of Government Departments/Semi-Govt. General Conditions & Instructions
- Written Test: Written test will be conducted by M/s OTS and interview will be conducted by NJHPC.
- Age Relaxation: 03 years age relaxation is admissible to candidates belonging to scheduled castes, Buddhist community, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, Gilgit Baltistan,1 AJ&K, Sindh (Rural), and Balochistan.
- Government Employees: Upper age limit is relaxable up to 10 years for Govt/WAPDA employees who have completed 10 years continuous regular service.
- Age Calculation: Age will be calculated on the last date of receipt of application.
- NOC: Govt/WAPDA employees should apply through the proper channel and submit the requisite NOC/permission.
- Application Forms: Application forms and online deposit slips are available on the Open Testing Service (OTS) website: www.ots.org.pk.
- Application Deadline: Applications must reach the given address not later than 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
- Late Applications: Open Testing Service will not be responsible for late receipt of applications sent through post or by any other service.2
