بحیثیت اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر مکینیکل، آپ پاکستان ایئرپورٹس اتھارٹی کی سہولیات کے آپریشن کے لیے ضروری میکانیکل نظام اور آلات کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔ اس کردار کے لیے میکانیکل انجینئرنگ کے اصولوں میں مہارت اور ہوائی اڈے کے انفراسٹرکچر میں ان کے اطلاق کی ضرورت ہے، بشمول HVAC سسٹم، پلمبنگ، فائر پروٹیکشن سسٹم اور بیگیج ہینڈلنگ سسٹم۔ آپ کا کام ہوائی اڈے کے آپریشنز کے آرام، حفاظت اور کارکردگی کو یقینی بنائے گا۔

- احتیاطی دیکھ بھال: میکانیکل نظاموں کے لیے احتیاطی دیکھ بھال کے شیڈول قائم کریں اور منظم کریں تاکہ وشوسنییتا اور لمبی عمر کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ معمول کے معائنے کریں، ضروری دیکھ بھال کریں اور آلات کی اوور ہالنگ کا انتظام کریں۔
- ٹربل شوٹنگ اور مرمت: میکانیکل سسٹم کی خرابیوں اور ناکامیوں کی تشخیص اور حل کریں۔ میکانیکل اجزاء اور نظاموں کی مرمت اور تبدیلی کی کارکردگی یا نگرانی کریں۔

- بلڈنگ انفارمیشن ماڈلنگ (BIM): ہوائی اڈے کی عمارتوں کی ڈیجیٹل نمائندگی بنانے اور ان کا انتظام کرنے کے لیے بلڈنگ انفارمیشن ماڈلنگ کے لیے رویٹ آرکیٹیکچر ڈیزائن سافٹ ویئر کا استعمال کریں۔ ڈیزائن کوآرڈینیشن، کلیش ڈٹیکشن اور پروجیکٹ ویژولائزیشن کے لیے BIM کا استعمال کریں۔
- ڈیزائن کی ترقی: پروجیکٹ کی ضروریات، سائٹ کے حالات اور اسٹیک ہولڈر کے فیڈ بیک کی بنیاد پر آرکیٹیکچرل ڈیزائن کو بہتر بنائیں۔ ڈیزائن ڈویلپمنٹ دستاویزات تیار کریں، بشمول منصوبے، بلندی، سیکشن اور 3D ماڈلز۔
