- سرکاری ملازمین کے لیے این او سی: سرکاری اداروں کے ملازمین سے “قابلیت، تجربہ، دیگر سرٹیفکیٹس، لائسنس اور شناختی کارڈ وغیرہ سے متعلقہ دستاویزات اپ لوڈ کرنے” اور “سرکاری اداروں کے ملازمین کو متعلقہ محکمہ کی جانب سے جاری کردہ تازہ این او سی کے ساتھ اپنی درخواست اپ لوڈ کرنی ہوگی۔” یہ ایک معیاری شرط ہے تاکہ یہ یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ زیر خدمت سرکاری ملازمین کو اس عہدے کے لیے درخواست دینے کی اپنے موجودہ آجر سے اجازت ہے۔
- پی کے ایل آئی ملازمین کے لیے این او سی: اسی طرح، “پی کے ایل آئی ملازمین کو بھی ادارے کے سربراہ کی جانب سے جاری کردہ تازہ این او سی کے ساتھ اپنی درخواست اپ لوڈ کرنی ہوگی۔” یہ یقینی بناتا ہے کہ داخلی امیدوار بھی مناسب پروٹوکول پر عمل کریں اور درخواست دینے کے لیے ضروری منظوری حاصل کریں۔
- نااہلی کی صورت میں منسوخی: امیدواروں کو متنبہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ “جو امیدوار مطلوبہ اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا نہیں اتریں گے انہیں انتخاب کے عمل کے دوران یا بعد میں کسی بھی مرحلے پر منسوخ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔” اس لیے درخواست دہندگان کے لیے درخواست دینے سے پہلے اہلیت کے معیار کا بغور جائزہ لینا بہت ضروری ہے تاکہ مایوسی سے بچا جا سکے۔
- شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو اطلاع: صرف وہ امیدوار جو اپنی قابلیت اور تجربے کی بنیاد پر شارٹ لسٹ کیے جائیں گے انہیں انٹرویو کے لیے رابطہ کیا جائے گا۔ اشتہار میں کہا گیا ہے کہ “صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو اطلاع دی جائے گی۔”
