اہلیت کا معیار
بولی کے عمل میں شرکت کرنے کے لیے بولی دہندگان کو درج ذیل اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنا ہوگا:
- رجسٹریشن: بولی دہندگان کو پاکستان انجینئرنگ کونسل (PEC) میں رجسٹرڈ ہونا ضروری ہے اور ان کے پاس ایک درست رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ ہونا چاہیے۔
- تجربہ: پچھلے پانچ سالوں میں اسی طرح کے منصوبوں پر کام کرنے کا ثابت شدہ تجربہ۔
- مالی استحکام: مالی بیانات جمع کروانا جو استحکام اور منصوبے کو انجام دینے کی صلاحیت کو ظاہر کریں۔
- تکنیکی صلاحیت: منصوبے پر عمل درآمد کے لیے اہل عملے اور ضروری سامان کی دستیابی۔
