- درخواست جمع کرانا: اپنی مکمل درخواست فارم کو تمام مطلوبہ دستاویزات کے ساتھ پاکستان ٹیسٹنگ سروس (PTS) کو اس پتے پر جمع کرائیں جو PTS ویب سائٹ یا تفصیلی اشتہار میں بتایا جائے گا۔ آپ کے لیے یہ ضروری ہے کہ آپ اپنی درخواست آخری تاریخ، 24 مارچ 2023 سے پہلے جمع کرائیں۔ آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- مناسب چینل کے ذریعے جمع کرانا (سرکاری/نیم سرکاری ملازمین کے لیے): اگر آپ فی الحال کسی سرکاری یا نیم سرکاری تنظیم میں ملازم ہیں، تو آپ کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی ہوگی۔ اس میں عام طور پر آپ کی درخواست کو اپنے موجودہ آجر کے ذریعے نو آبجیکشن سرٹیفکیٹ (NOC) کے ساتھ بھیجنا شامل ہے۔ بیرونی عہدوں کے لیے درخواست دینے کے لیے اپنے محکمے کے قواعد و ضوابط سے مشورہ کریں۔
اہم ہدایات اور رہنما خطوط
امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اپنی درخواست کی ہموار اور کامیاب پروسیسنگ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے درج ذیل اہم ہدایات کو احتیاط سے نوٹ کریں:
- پالیسیوں کی پابندی: بھرتی کا عمل حکومت پنجاب کی کنٹریکٹ اپائنٹمنٹ پالیسی 2004 اور ریکروٹمنٹ پالیسی 2022 کے مطابق سختی سے منعقد کیا جائے گا۔ امیدواروں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ ان پالیسیوں سے واقف ہوں۔
- وقت پر جمع کرانا: درخواستیں پاکستان ٹیسٹنگ سروس (PTS) کو آخری تاریخ، 24 مارچ 2023 سے پہلے موصول ہو جانی چاہئیں۔ آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر کسی بھی صورت میں غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ ممکنہ مسائل سے بچنے کے لیے آخری لمحات میں جمع کرانے سے گریز کریں۔
- عمر میں رعایت: حکومت پنجاب کے قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق عمر میں رعایت قابل اطلاق ہے۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ سمجھتے ہیں کہ کیا آپ کسی عمر میں رعایت کے اہل ہیں اور اگر قابل اطلاق ہو تو ضروری دستاویزات فراہم کریں۔
- سرکاری ملازمین کے لیے مناسب چینل: سرکاری اور نیم سرکاری ملازمین کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی ہوگی۔ ایسا کرنے میں ناکامی کے نتیجے میں ان کی درخواست مسترد ہو سکتی ہے۔
- کوئی مجرمانہ ریکارڈ نہیں: مجرمانہ ریکارڈ یا FIRs میں ملوث امیدوار ان عہدوں کے لیے اہل نہیں ہیں۔ قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں میں کردار کے لیے ایمانداری اور دیانتداری سب سے اہم ہیں۔
- شارٹ لسٹنگ اور ٹیسٹنگ: صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو بھرتی کے عمل کے اگلے مراحل کے لیے بلایا جائے گا، جس میں ٹیسٹ اور انٹرویوز شامل ہوں گے۔ شارٹ لسٹنگ کا معیار قابلیت، تجربہ اور درخواستوں کی ابتدائی جانچ پر مبنی ہوگا۔
- کوئی TA/DA نہیں: ٹیسٹوں یا انٹرویوز میں شرکت کے لیے امیدواروں کو سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا ڈیلی الاؤنس (DA) نہیں دیا جائے گا۔ امیدوار اپنے سفری اور رہائش کے اخراجات کے خود ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
- فورس کا صوابدیدی اختیار: پنجاب کاؤنٹر نارکوٹکس فورس بغیر کوئی وجہ بتائے کسی بھی مرحلے پر بھرتی کے عمل کو منسوخ کرنے یا آسامیوں کی تعداد بڑھانے یا کم کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔ بھرتی سے متعلق تمام معاملات میں پنجاب کاؤنٹر نارکوٹکس فورس کا فیصلہ حتمی اور پابند ہوگا۔
