1. ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسرز (BPS-20) – شعبہ جات ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسرز (BPS-20)

  • شعبہ جات: اشتہار میں تین کلیدی شعبہ جات میں ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کی آسامیوں کی وضاحت کی گئی ہے:
    • الیکٹرانکس انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
    • سول انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
    • انفارمیشن انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
  • آسامیوں کی تعداد: “01 for each department” – یعنی تینوں درج کردہ شعبہ جات میں سے ہر ایک میں ایک ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کی آسامی دستیاب ہے، جس سے ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کے تین کھلنے والے عہدے ہوتے ہیں۔
  • پے اسکیل: BPS-20 (بنیادی پے اسکیل 20)۔ یہ پاکستانی یونیورسٹیوں میں ایک سینئر فیکلٹی پوزیشن ہے، جو اعلیٰ سطح کی تعلیمی کامیابی، تجربے اور ذمہ داری کی عکاسی کرتی ہے۔ BPS-20 آسامیوں پر سرکاری اور یونیورسٹی کے قواعد کے مطابق قابل احترام تنخواہ اور فوائد کا پیکیج دیا جاتا ہے۔
  • کم از کم قابلیت اور تجربہ: “As per HEC’s minimum qualification criteria”۔ یہ ایک اہم نکتہ ہے۔ ایچ ای سی (ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن) پاکستان بھر میں یونیورسٹیوں میں فیکلٹی کے عہدوں کے لیے کم از کم قابلیت کا معیار طے کرتا ہے۔ ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے، ایچ ای سی کا معیار عموماً درج ذیل کا تقاضا کرتا ہے:
    • پی ایچ ڈی ڈگری: کسی تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے متعلقہ شعبے میں پی ایچ ڈی ڈگری لازمی ہے۔ پی ایچ ڈی الیکٹرانکس انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی، سول انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی، یا انفارمیشن انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی میں ہونی چاہیے،2 جو اپلائی کیے جانے والے شعبے سے مطابقت رکھتی ہو۔
    • تحقیقی اشاعتیں: ایچ ای سی کے ذریعہ تسلیم شدہ معتبر، پیئر ریویوڈ جرائد میں تحقیقی اشاعتوں کی ایک معقول تعداد۔ اشاعتوں کی مخصوص تعداد اور معیار عام طور پر ایچ ای سی کے معیار میں تفصیل سے درج ہوتے ہیں اور مضمون کے لحاظ سے تھوڑا سا مختلف ہو سکتے ہیں۔
    • تدریسی تجربہ: یونیورسٹی کی سطح پر تدریسی تجربے کے مخصوص سال، جس میں اکثر اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کے طور پر تجربہ بھی شامل ہوتا ہے۔ ایک بار پھر، تجربے کے صحیح سال ایچ ای سی کے رہنما خطوط میں بیان کیے جائیں گے۔

    ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے ممکنہ درخواست گزاروں کو ضرور ایچ ای سی کی ویب سائٹ (www.hec.gov.pk) سے رجوع کرنا چاہیے اور خاص طور پر “فیکلٹی کی تقرری کے لیے کم از کم قابلیت کا معیار” دستاویز تلاش کرنی چاہیے تاکہ انجینئرنگ اور ٹیکنالوجی کے شعبوں میں BPS-20 ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے تفصیلی تقاضوں کو سمجھ سکیں۔ ان ایچ ای سی کے معیارات پر پورا اترنا اہلیت کے لیے بالکل ضروری ہے۔ ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کا کردار: ایک ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر ایک سینئر تعلیمی فیکلٹی ممبر ہے۔ ان کی ذمہ داریوں میں عام طور پر شامل ہیں:

2. اسسٹنٹ پروفیسرز (BPS-19) – شعبہ جات اسسٹنٹ پروفیسرز (BPS-19)

  • شعبہ جات: اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کی آسامیاں چار شعبہ جات میں مشتہر کی گئی ہیں:
    • الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
    • الیکٹرانکس انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
    • انرجی انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
    • انفارمیشن انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
  • آسامیوں کی تعداد: “01 for each department” – چاروں شعبہ جات میں سے ہر ایک میں ایک اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کی آسامی، جس سے اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کی چار خالی آسامیاں بنتی ہیں۔
  • پے اسکیل: BPS-19 (بنیادی پے اسکیل 19)۔ اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر بھی ایک فیکلٹی پوزیشن ہے، عام طور پر پی ایچ ڈی مکمل کرنے کے بعد انٹری لیول فیکلٹی رول۔ BPS-19 یونیورسٹی کے نظام میں اچھی ابتدائی تنخواہ اور فوائد پیش کرتا ہے۔
  • کم از کم قابلیت اور تجربہ: “As per HEC’s minimum qualification criteria”۔ ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسرز کی طرح، اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے بھی ایچ ای سی کی جانب سے بیان کردہ کم از کم قابلیت کا معیار موجود ہے۔ اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے، ایچ ای سی کا معیار عموماً درج ذیل کا تقاضا کرتا ہے:
    • پی ایچ ڈی ڈگری: کسی تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے متعلقہ شعبے میں پی ایچ ڈی ڈگری بنیادی شرط ہے۔ پی ایچ ڈی مخصوص شعبہ کے مطابق ہونی چاہیے – الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی، الیکٹرانکس انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی، انرجی انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی، یا انفارمیشن انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی۔
    • تحقیقی اشاعتیں (کبھی کبھار): اگرچہ پی ایچ ڈی بنیادی شرط ہے، اسسٹنٹ پروفیسرز کے لیے ایچ ای سی کے معیار میں تحقیقی اشاعتوں کی کم از کم تعداد بھی شامل ہو سکتی ہے، اگرچہ اکثر ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسرز کے مقابلے میں کم سخت ہوتی ہے۔ ایک بار پھر، تفصیلات ایچ ای سی کے رہنما خطوط میں ہیں۔

    ایک بار پھر، اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے ممکنہ درخواست گزاروں کو ضرور ایچ ای سی کی ویب سائٹ (www.hec.gov.pk) سے رجوع کرنا چاہیے اور انجینئرنگ اور ٹیکنالوجی میں BPS-19 اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کے کردار کے لیے درست اور موجودہ تقاضوں کے لیے “فیکلٹی کی تقرری کے لیے کم از کم قابلیت کا معیار” دستاویز چیک کرنی چاہیے۔اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کا کردار: ایک اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر فیکلٹی ممبر ہوتا ہے، عام طور پر اپنے آزاد تعلیمی کیریئر کے آغاز میں۔ ان کی ذمہ داریاں ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسرز کی طرح ہی ہیں، لیکن اکثر ان کی تحقیقی پروفائل قائم کرنے اور تدریسی تجربہ حاصل کرنے پر زیادہ توجہ دی جاتی ہے۔ ان ذمہ داریوں میں شامل ہیں:
    • تدریس: انڈر گریجویٹ اور ممکنہ طور پر کچھ پوسٹ گریجویٹ کورسز دینا، کورس کا مواد تیار کرنا اور طلباء کے سیکھنے کا اندازہ لگانا۔

3. لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ (BPS-17) – شعبہ جات لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ (BPS-17)

  • شعبہ جات (پہلا سیٹ): لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کی آسامیاں (پہلا سیٹ) درج ذیل میں دستیاب ہیں:

  • آسامیوں کی تعداد (پہلا سیٹ): “01 for each department” – ہر شعبہ کے لیے ایک لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ، جس سے اس زمرے میں دو آسامیاں بنتی ہیں۔
  • شعبہ جات (دوسرا سیٹ): لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کی آسامیاں (دوسرا سیٹ) درج ذیل میں ہیں:
    • سول انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی
  • آسامیوں کی تعداد (دوسرا سیٹ): “02” – خاص طور پر شعبہ سول انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی کے لیے لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کی دو آسامیاں۔
  • لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کی کل آسامیاں: 2 (الیکٹریکل/مکینیکل) + 2 (سول) = کل 4 لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کی آسامیاں مشتہر کی گئی ہیں۔
  • پے اسکیل: BPS-17 (بنیادی پے اسکیل 17)۔ BPS-17 سرکاری اور یونیورسٹی سیٹ اپ میں ایک سپروائزری/تکنیکی سٹاف پوزیشن ہے۔ یہ تکنیکی طور پر ہنر مند عملے کے لیے مناسب تنخواہ اور فوائد کا پیکیج پیش کرتا ہے۔
  • کم از کم قابلیت اور تجربہ:
    • متعلقہ شعبے میں بی ایس سی انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی فرسٹ ڈویژن یا 3.0 سی جی پی اے کے ساتھ: انجینئرنگ میں بیچلر آف سائنس یا بیچلر آف ٹیکنالوجی ڈگری لازمی ہے۔ ڈگری متعلقہ انجینئرنگ مضمون میں ہونی چاہیے۔ درج ذیل کے لیے:
      • الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ: بی ایس سی الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی درکار ہے۔
      • مکینیکل انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ: بی ایس سی مکینیکل انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی کی ضرورت ہے۔
      • سول انجینئرنگ ٹیکنالوجی لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ: بی ایس سی سول انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی ضروری ہے۔
    • فرسٹ ڈویژن یا 3.0 سی جی پی اے: امیدواروں نے اپنی بی ایس سی انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی ڈگری میں فرسٹ ڈویژن یا 4.0 میں سے 3.0 کا مجموعی گریڈ پوائنٹ اوسط (سی جی پی اے) حاصل کیا ہونا چاہیے۔ یہ انڈر گریجویٹ انجینئرنگ کے مطالعہ میں ان کے مضبوط تعلیمی ریکارڈ کی نشاندہی کرتا ہے۔
    • ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) پاکستان کی جانب سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی/DAI: بی ایس سی انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی ڈگری کسی یونیورسٹی یا ڈگری ایوارڈنگ انسٹی ٹیوٹ (DAI) سے ہونی چاہیے جو ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) پاکستان کی جانب سے تسلیم شدہ ہو۔ یہ ڈگری کی توثیق اور پاکستان کے اعلیٰ تعلیمی نظام کے اندر شناخت کو یقینی بناتا ہے۔
    لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کے لیے عمر کی حد (اشتہار میں سیریل نمبر 3 اور 4): “Age limit: 22 to 40 years” – لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کے عہدوں کے لیے عمر کی حد 22 سے 40 سال کے درمیان مقرر کی گئی ہے، جو تکنیکی سٹاف کے عہدوں کے لیے ایک معیاری عمر کی حد ہے، جو حالیہ فارغ التحصیل اور تجربہ کار دونوں افراد کو درخواست دینے کی اجازت دیتی ہے۔ لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کا کردار: ایک لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں ایک اہم تکنیکی معاون سٹاف ممبر ہے۔ ان کی ذمہ داریوں میں شامل ہیں:
    • لیبارٹری مینجمنٹ اور دیکھ بھال: انجینئرنگ لیبارٹریوں کی دیکھ بھال اور تنظیم کرنا، اس بات کو یقینی بنانا کہ آلات اچھی حالت میں ہیں، اور لیب سپلائی اور استعمال کی اشیاء کا انتظام کرنا۔
    • آلات کا آپریشن اور خرابیوں کا سراغ لگانا: طلباء کو لیبارٹری کے آلات چلانا اور مظاہرہ کرنا، فیکلٹی کو تجربات ترتیب دینے میں مدد کرنا، اور آلات کی بنیادی خرابیوں کا سراغ لگانا۔
    • طلباء کی معاونت: طلباء کو لیبارٹری کے تجربات کرنے میں مدد کرنا، آلات کے استعمال اور تجرباتی طریقہ کار پر رہنمائی فراہم کرنا اور محفوظ لیب ماحول کو یقینی بنانا۔
    • انوینٹری مینجمنٹ: لیب کے آلات، اجزاء اور استعمال کی اشیاء کی انوینٹری کا انتظام کرنا، اور خریداری کے عمل میں مدد کرنا۔
    • حفاظت اور تعمیل: لیبارٹری کے حفاظتی ضوابط کو نافذ کرنا اور حفاظتی پروٹوکولز کی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا۔
    • تحقیق میں مدد کرنا (کبھی کبھار): شعبہ اور لیب سیٹ اپ پر منحصر ہے، لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ لیب میں فیکلٹی اور ریسرچ طلباء کو بنیادی تحقیقی کاموں اور ڈیٹا اکٹھا کرنے میں بھی مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔

درخواست کے شرائط و ضوابط – باریک بینی سے سمجھنا

اشتہار میں “درخواست کے شرائط و ضوابط” کے تحت 14 نکات درج ہیں۔ آئیے ہر نکتے کو ان کے مضمرات کو سمجھنے کے لیے باریک بینی سے بیان کرتے ہیں:

  1. درخواست فارم اور دستاویزات جمع کرانا (Eligible candidates should submit their filled and signed application form… not later than 28.03.2025): امیدواروں کو یونیورسٹی کی ویب سائٹ (www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers) سے درخواست فارم ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنا چاہیے، اسے مکمل اور درست طریقے سے پُر کریں، اس پر دستخط کریں، اور اسے جسمانی طور پر “office of undersigned” (ڈپٹی رجسٹرار کا دفتر جو اشتہار کے آخر میں مذکور ہے) 28 مارچ 2025 تک جمع کرائیں۔ جمع کرانے میں ضرور شامل ہو:

    • شناختی کارڈ (کمپیوٹرائزڈ نیشنل آئیڈینٹی کارڈ) کی کاپی۔
    • درست PEC/NTC کارڈ/سرٹیفکیٹ (انجینئرنگ/ٹیکنالوجی کے عہدوں کے لیے درکار، ممکنہ طور پر فیکلٹی اور ممکنہ طور پر لیب ٹیکنالوجسٹ کے لیے، PEC – پاکستان انجینئرنگ کونسل، NTC – نیشنل ٹریننگ سنٹر)۔
    • ایک حالیہ تصویر۔
    • اصل بینک ڈپازٹ سلپ (فیس کی ادائیگی کا ثبوت – نقطہ 11 میں تفصیل سے بیان کیا گیا ہے)۔
    • تاخیر سے جمع کرانے یا نامکمل درخواستوں کو مسترد کر دیا جائے گا۔
  2. آخری تاریخ تک اسناد پر غور (Age, Qualification, experience etc. … will be considered till the last date of form submission.): درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ (28 مارچ 2025) تمام اہلیت کے معیار – عمر، قابلیت، تجربہ پر غور کرنے کی کٹ آف تاریخ ہے۔ اس تاریخ کے بعد حاصل کی گئی کوئی بھی قابلیت یا تجربہ پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ امیدواروں کو 28 مارچ 2025 تک تمام معیارات پر پورا اترنا چاہیے۔
