کام کا دائرہ
منتخب ٹھیکیدار کو ہنر فاؤنڈیشن کے تحت درج ذیل ذمہ داریاں انجام دینا ہوں گی:
- سمیولیٹرز/ٹرینرز کی فراہمی:
– مختلف تجارتوں کے لیے اعلیٰ معیار کے سمیولیٹرز/ٹرینرز فراہم کرنا، جن میں شامل ہیں:
* آٹوموٹو ٹیکنالوجی
* الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ
* ویلڈنگ
* مہمان نوازی کا انتظام
* معلوماتی ٹیکنالوجی
* صحت کی دیکھ بھال (جیسے مریض کی دیکھ بھال کے سمیولیٹرز) - تنصیب کی خدمات:
– تمام آلات کی صحت کی سہولیات پر صحیح تنصیب کو یقینی بنانا۔
– ابتدائی سیٹ اپ اور ترتیب دینا تاکہ بہترین کارکردگی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ - انسٹرکٹرز کے لیے تربیت:
– انسٹرکٹرز کو سمیولیٹرز/ٹرینرز کے مؤثر استعمال پر جامع تربیت فراہم کرنا۔
– حوالہ کے لیے تربیتی دستی اور صارف گائیڈ تیار کرنا۔ - نگہداشت اور سپورٹ:
– یہ یقینی بنانا کہ تمام سامان عملی حالت میں رہے۔
– کسی بھی مسئلے کا فوری حل فراہم کرنا۔ - دستاویزی کام:
– فراہم کردہ سامان کی تفصیلات، وارنٹی معلومات، اور دیکھ بھال کی رہنما خطوط فراہم کرنا۔
اہلیت کے معیار
اس ٹینڈر کے لیے اہل ہونے کے لیے بولی دہندگان کو درج ذیل شرائط پر پورا اترنا ہوگا:
- کاروباری رجسٹریشن:
– ایک رجسٹرڈ ادارہ ہونا چاہیے جس کے پاس درست دستاویزات ہوں۔ - تجربہ:
– پیشہ ورانہ تربیت یا تعلیمی آلات فراہم کرنے میں کم از کم پانچ سال کا تجربہ۔ - تکنیکی مہارت:
– پیشہ ورانہ تعلیم کے لیے سمیولیٹرز/ٹرینرز فراہم کرنے میں مہارت کا مظاہرہ۔ - معیار کی ضمانت:
– مقامی حکام اور صنعتی ضوابط کے ذریعہ طے کردہ معیار پر عمل درآمد۔ - مالی استحکام:
– بڑے پیمانے پر سپلائی پروجیکٹس کو سنبھالنے کی مالی صلاحیت کا ثبوت۔ - حوالے:
– اسی طرح کے منصوبوں میں پچھلے کلائنٹس سے کم از کم دو حوالوں کا فراہم کرنا۔
درخواست دینے کا طریقہ کار
دلچسپی رکھنے والے ٹھیکیداروں کو درج ذیل مراحل پر عمل کرنا ہوگا:

– ہنر فاؤنڈیشن دفتر سے ٹینڈر دستاویزات حاصل کریں یا انہیں سرکاری ویب سائٹ سے ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں۔ - درخواستیں تیار کریں
– ایک تفصیلی تجویز تیار کریں جس میں شامل ہو:
* کمپنی کا پروفائل اور متعلقہ تجربہ۔
* فراہم کردہ سمیولیٹرز/ٹرینرز کی وضاحت۔
* ہر آئٹم کی قیمتوں کا بریک ڈاؤن۔
