Eligibility Criteria:
Professor:
- Education: PhD in Nursing/Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN).
- Experience: 5-10 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Supervision: Experience in supervision at the Master’s Level is essential.
- Administration: Experience in a senior academic-administrative position is required.
- Publications: Minimum 8 publications in HEC recognized Nursing/Health Sciences Journals, with at least three as the first author and at least one published in the last two years.
Associate Professor:
- Education: PhD in Nursing/Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN).
- Experience: Teaching and clinical experience at undergraduate and graduate levels is essential.
- Administration: Experience in an academic administrative position is desired.
- Publications: Minimum 5 publications in HEC recognized Nursing/Health Sciences Journals, with at least one published as the first author in the last two years.
Assistant Professor:
- Education: PhD in Nursing/Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN).
- Experience: Teaching and clinical experience at undergraduate levels is essential.
- Publications: Minimum 3 publications in HEC recognized Nursing/Health Sciences Journals, with at least one published as the first author in the last two years.
- Preference: Candidates with PhD/MSN shall be given preference.
Senior Lecturer:
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN).
- Experience:
- MSN qualification: 2 years of teaching, 2 years of clinical experience.
- Post-RN BSN/BSN qualification: 4 years of teaching, 5 years of clinical experience.
- Publications: Minimum 1 publication in HEC recognized Nursing/Health Sciences Journals, with at least one published as the first author in the last two years.
Nursing Instructor/Lecturer:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with 1 year of teaching experience.
Clinical Nursing Instructor/Lecturer:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, 2 years of clinical experience.
Important Notes:
- All nursing positions require a valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
- Academic qualifications must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Degree Awarding Institutes.
