The Manager Craft & Enterprise Development will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are critical to the success of SRSO’s economic empowerment programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to community development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Program Leadership: Leading production and marketing teams to ensure that all products and development activities are aligned with current market trends and consumer demands.
• Research & Development: Spearheading research and development (R&D) efforts to innovate and refine craft designs and products, ensuring they are competitive and appealing in both local and international markets.
• Building Partnerships: Cultivating and nurturing strong linkages with vendors, brands, and customers to expand market reach and create sustainable sales channels for the artisans’ products.
• Event Management: Managing and organizing exhibitions, events, and promotional activities, such as the Sartoon Sang Exhibition, to maximize craft sales and create brand awareness for SRSO’s initiatives.
• E-commerce Management: Overseeing the administration of the official Sartoon Sang e-commerce store, which involves managing product listings, order processing, and providing excellent customer support.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Managing social media platforms for the Sartoon Sang brand to enhance visibility, reach, and sales.
• Policy & Compliance: Supporting and ensuring the proper implementation of all CED-related processes, including procurement, finance, and internal audits. This also involves assisting in updating CED policies and strategic plans to ensure their effective execution.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Textile/Fashion Designing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in craft development, enterprise management, or related sectors. Alternatively, candidates with at least 3 years of experience at a management/supervisory level will also be considered.
• In the absence of a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience at a management/supervisory level is required.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills are a must. The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team is crucial for success.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of craft/product development, research & design, and enterprise development is essential. You should have a strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch.
