درخواست دینے کا طریقہ: مرحلہ وار درخواست کا طریقہ کار
دلچسپی رکھنے والے اور اہل امیدواروں کو ان کنٹریکٹ پر مبنی اسامیوں کے لیے درخواست دینے کی دعوت دی جاتی ہے۔ براہ کرم اپنی درخواست کے درست طریقے سے پروسیس ہونے کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ان اقدامات پر احتیاط سے عمل کریں:
- ہر آسامی کے لیے علیحدہ درخواست: اگر آپ ایک سے زیادہ اسامیوں کے لیے درخواست دے رہے ہیں، تو براہ کرم ہر آسامی کے لیے ایک علیحدہ درخواست جمع کرائیں، لفافے پر آسامی کا نام واضح طور پر نشان زد کریں۔
- اپنی درخواست کا پیکیج تیار کریں: آپ کی درخواست کے پیکیج میں درج ذیل دستاویزات شامل ہونی چاہئیں:
- تفصیلی ریزیومے (CV): آپ کی قابلیت، تجربے اور مہارتوں کا خاکہ پیش کرنے والا ایک جامع کریکولم ویٹے۔
- دو حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصاویر۔
- تعلیمی سرٹیفکیٹس کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں: آپ کی ڈگریوں، ٹرانسکرپٹس اور دیگر متعلقہ تعلیمی دستاویزات کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں۔
- تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹس کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں: پچھلے آجروں سے سرٹیفکیٹس کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں، آپ کے تدریسی تجربے کی تفصیلات۔
- CNIC (قومی شناختی کارڈ) کی کاپی: آپ کے کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ کی تصدیق شدہ کاپی، باضابطہ تصدیق شدہ۔
- رجسٹرڈ پوسٹ کے ذریعے جمع کرائیں: اپنی مکمل درخواست کا پیکیج رجسٹرڈ پوسٹ کے ذریعے اس دانش سکول کے پرنسپل کے دفتر میں بھیجیں جس مقام کے لیے آپ درخواست دے رہے ہیں۔ پتے ذیل میں فراہم کیے گئے ہیں۔
- درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کی درخواست کا پیکیج متعلقہ پرنسپل کے دفتر تک 24 فروری 2025 تک پہنچ جائے۔ اس تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
غور طلب اہم عمل اور شرائط:
- معاہدہ کی بنیاد: تمام تقرریاں پنجاب دانش سکولز اینڈ سینٹرز آف ایکسیلنس اتھارٹی کی پالیسیوں کے مطابق معاہدہ کی بنیاد پر کی جائیں گی۔
- تحریری امتحان کے لیے شارٹ لسٹنگ: امیدواروں کو ان کی تعلیمی قابلیت، اضافی قابلیت اور تدریسی تجربے کی بنیاد پر تحریری امتحان کے لیے شارٹ لسٹ کیا جائے گا۔
- تحریری امتحان اور انٹرویو: ٹاپ شارٹ لسٹڈ امیدواروں کو تحریری امتحان کے لیے مدعو کیا جائے گا۔ تحریری امتحان کے نتائج اور مجموعی میرٹ کی بنیاد پر، ٹاپ امیدواروں کو مظاہرہ اور انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
- کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے نہیں: تحریری امتحان، مظاہرہ یا انٹرویو میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس یا یومیہ الاؤنس قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
- درخواست دہندہ کا خطرہ: درخواستیں درخواست دہندہ کے خطرے اور قیمت پر جمع کرائی جاتی ہیں۔
- معلومات کی تصدیق: انڈکشن کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر یا ملازمت کے دوران کسی بھی معلومات کے جھوٹے یا غلط ثابت ہونے کی صورت میں امیدوار یا ملازمت کو ختم کر دیا جائے گا۔
- منتقلی: منتخب امیدواروں کو اتھارٹی کی صوابدید پر پنجاب صوبے میں واقع کسی بھی دوسرے سنٹر آف ایکسیلنس سکول میں منتقل اور تعینات کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
- میڈیکل اور پولیس کلیئرنس: تمام منتخب درخواست گزاروں کو حتمی تقرری سے پہلے میڈیکل سرٹیفکیٹ(s) اور پولیس کلیئرنس سرٹیفکیٹ جمع کرانا ہوگا۔
- درخواستیں مسترد کرنے کا حق: سکول پرنسپل/پی ڈی ایس اینڈ سی ای اے ہیڈ آفس کسی وجہ بتائے بغیر کسی بھی یا تمام درخواستوں کو مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔
معذور افراد کے لیے خصوصی نوٹ:
- مخصوص نشست: دانش سکول رحیم یار خان (بوائز) میں معذور افراد کے لیے خاص طور پر ایک مخصوص نشست/خالی آسامی ہے۔
- معذور افراد کے لیے اہلیت: ایسے افراد جو جسمانی طور پر معذور ہیں (اپاہج یا چوٹ، بیماری، یا پیدائشی خرابی جیسے پولیو کی وجہ سے معذور ہیں) کو اس مخصوص نشست کے لیے درخواست دینے کی ترغیب دی جاتی ہے۔

- سوشل ویلفیئر بیت المال سرٹیفکیٹ: سوشل ویلفیئر بیت المال کی طرف سے جاری کردہ سرٹیفکیٹس درخواست کے ساتھ منسلک کیے جائیں۔
