Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for these positions:
- Domicile: Must be a domicile holder of Orakzai District. For the position of Primary School Teacher (PST), candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to apply, subject to the relevant domicile regulations.
- Academic Qualifications:
- For Arabic Teacher (AT), Physical Education Teacher (PET), Drawing Master (DM), and Computer Teacher (CT) (BPS-15):
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Four Years) from any recognized University.
- Mandatory in-service training of 8 months post-selection and appointment must be obtained from government institutions RPDC/DPD.
- For Qari (BPS-12):
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University.
- Must also hold a Shahadat-ul-Alamia fil Uloom-e-Arabia wal Islamia from a recognized institution affiliated with Wafaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan, or equivalent qualifications from Darul Uloom institutions like Darul Uloom Deoband, Darul Uloom Chitaral, Darul Uloom Daroosh Chitaral, or any other Darul Uloom recognized and regulated by the Government. Equivalency must be officially recognized by the government.
- OR, possess a Second Class Master’s Degree in Arabic or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Mandatory in-service training of 8 months post-selection and appointment must be obtained from government institutions RPDC/DPD.
- For CT-IT (Computer Teacher – IT) (BPS-12):
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent qualifications OR Associate Degree in Education, along with a one-year diploma in IT.
- If a candidate meets the criteria for Serial No. 2 (Associate Degree in Education) but not the IT diploma at the time of appointment, they must obtain the required qualification within 3 years of appointment.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will be conducted in stages, and the methodology will be at the sole discretion of ETEA.
- Merit List Compilation: District-level merit lists will be prepared for each post, combining ETEA test scores and academic qualification marks.
- ETEA Pass Marks: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% passing marks in the ETEA test to be considered for further selection.
- CGPA Conversion: Conversion of CGPA to percentage is mandatory. Candidates must provide a certified document from the relevant university’s controller of examinations or equivalent authority, verifying the percentage equivalent of their CGPA.
- Quotas for Reserved Categories: Quotas for disabled persons (2%) and minorities (5%) will be observed as per government policy. Disabled candidates must provide a certificate from a standing Medical Board confirming their disability, ensuring it does not impede their ability to perform teaching duties. Non-Muslim candidates must submit a Zakat declaration issued by the Auqaf, Religious and Minority Affairs Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, valid until the closing date of application (March 17, 2025). A certificate from a recognized community leader is also required in this regard.
- Document Verification: Original educational and domicile certificates along with original CNIC must be presented at the time of scrutiny.
- Policy Changes: If the government modifies the recruitment policy after this advertisement, the authorized body (ETEA) will be bound to implement the revised rules and regulations approved by the government.
- Merit-Based Appointments: All appointments will be purely on merit, in accordance with the rules and procedures approved by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- False Information: If any educational or professional documents are found to be false, even after appointment, legal action will be taken, and the candidate will be disqualified for government service permanently.

- No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to candidates for interviews or document verification.

- تعلیمی قابلیتیں:
- عربی ٹیچر (AT)، فزیکل ایجوکیشن ٹیچر (PET)، ڈرائنگ ماسٹر (DM)، اور کمپیوٹر ٹیچر (CT) (BPS-15) کے لیے:
- کسی بھی تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے بیچلر ڈگری (چار سالہ) ہونی چاہیے۔
- سلیکشن اور تقرری کے بعد 8 ماہ کی لازمی ان سروس ٹریننگ حکومتی اداروں RPDC/DPD سے حاصل کرنا لازمی ہے۔
- قاری (BPS-12) کے لیے:

عمومی شرائط و ضوابط:
- بھرتی کا عمل: بھرتی کا عمل مرحلہ وار منعقد کیا جائے گا اور طریقہ کار صرف ETEA کی صوابدید پر ہوگا۔
- میرٹ لسٹ کی تیاری: ہر آسامی کے لیے ضلعی سطح پر میرٹ لسٹ مرتب کی جائے گی جس میں امیدواروں کے ETEA ٹیسٹ کے حاصل کردہ نمبر اور تعلیمی قابلیت کے نمبروں کو جمع کیا جائے گا۔
- ETEA پاس مارکس: امیدوار کی اہلیت کے لیے ETEA ٹیسٹ میں 50 فیصد پاس مارکس لینا ضروری ہے۔
- CGPA تبدیلی: CGPA میں مارکس کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی اور CGPA کو نمبرات میں تبدیل کرنے کے لیے متعلقہ یونیورسٹی کے کنٹرولر امتحانات یا مساوی اتھارٹی سے نمبرات یا لہرات کی فیصدی کی تصدیق شدہ دستاویز حاصل کرنا ضروری ہوگا۔
- مخصوص زمرہ جات کے لیے کوٹہ: معذور افراد (2٪) اور اقلیتوں (5٪) کے لیے کوٹے حکومتی پالیسی کے مطابق لاگو ہوں گے۔ معذور افراد کے لیے سٹینڈنگ میڈیکل بورڈ کا سرٹیفکیٹ لازمی ہے بشرطیکہ وہ معذوری فرائض کی انجام دہی میں رکاوٹ نہ بنے۔ غیر مسلم امیدواروں کے لیے، اوقاف، مذہبی امور اور اقلیتی امور محکمہ، خیبر پختونخوا کی جانب سے جاری کردہ زکوٰۃ کا اعلان درخواست کی آخری تاریخ (17 مارچ، 2025) تک متاثر کن ہونا چاہیے۔ اس سلسلے میں کسی تسلیم شدہ برادری کے رہنما کا سرٹیفکیٹ بھی درکار ہے۔
- دستاویزات کی تصدیق: جانچ پڑتال کے وقت اصلی تعلیمی اسناد بمعہ اصل شناختی کارڈ پیش کرنا ہوں گے۔
- پالیسی میں تبدیلیاں: اگر اس اشتہار کے بعد حکومت وقت کی طرف سے بھرتی کے طریقہ کار میں تبدیلی کی گئی تو مجاز اتھارٹی (ETEA) حکومت کے منظور شدہ قوانین کے مطابق عمل درآمد کی پابند ہوگی۔
- میرٹ پر تقرریاں: تمام تقرریاں حکومت خیبر پختونخوا کے منظور کردہ قوانین و مجازہ طریقہ کار کے مطابق خالصتاً میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ہوں گی۔
- تسلیم شدہ ڈگریاں: تمام عالمی استاد صرف گورنمنٹ سے تسلیم شدہ اداروں کی قابل قبول ہوں گی۔
- جھوٹی معلومات: اگر کسی امیدوار کی تعلیمی اور پیشہ ورانہ اسناد بھرتی کے کسی مرحلے یا تعیناتی کے بعد بھی جھوٹی پائی گئیں تو اس کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کی جائے گی اور متذکرہ امیدوار سرکاری ملازمت کے لیے نااہل تصور کیا جائے گا۔
- نامکمل درخواستیں: نامکمل درخواست فارم خود بخود منسوخ تصور کیا جائے گا جس کے لیے کوئی اپیل قابل قبول نہیں ہوگی۔
- کوئی TA/DA نہیں: استاد کی جانچ پڑتال کے لیے الگ شیڈول جاری کیا جائے گا اور آنے والے امیدواروں کو کوئی ٹی اے ڈی اے نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
- غیر منتقلی خدمت: امیدوار کو ابتدائی پانچ سال اس اسکول میں سروس کرنا ہوگی جس کا تقرر کیا گیا ہے، یہ مدت ناقابل تبادلہ ہوگی۔
- درخواست دینے کا طریقہ کار: درخواست دینے کا تفصیلی طریقہ کار ETEA کی ویب سائٹ پر موجود ہے اور متعلقہ اضلاع کی خالی آسامیوں کی تفصیل درخواست فارم کے ساتھ ETEA کی ویب سائٹ پر دی گئی ہے۔
- دستاویزات کی تصدیق کے اخراجات: کامیاب ہونے والے امیدواروں کی اسناد متعلقہ ادارے سے تصدیق کرائی جائے گی جس کے تمام اخراجات امیدواروں کو برداشت کرنا ہوں گے۔
- نجی ڈگریوں کی تصدیق: پرائیویٹ (نجی) یونیورسٹیوں کی ڈگریاں اگر ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (HEC) سے تصدیق شدہ ہوئی ہونی چاہیے۔
- زیادہ ڈگریوں پر کوئی فائدہ نہیں: کسی بھی ڈگری پر کسی بھی امیدوار کو کوئی اضافی فائدہ نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
- عمر کی حد: عمر کی حد اشتہار میں دی گئی آخری تاریخ (17 مارچ، 2025) تک شمار ہوگی اور عمر کی بالائی حد میں رعائت خیبر پختونخوا میں سول پوسٹ پر ابتدائی تقریری عمر کی بالائی حد میں رعائت (رولز 2008) کے مطابق دی جائے گی۔
- شہادۃ العالمیہ کی مساوات: AT اور CT (امکان ہے کہ یہ ٹائپو ہے، CT ہونا چاہیے) کے امیدواروں کے لیے شہادۃ العالمیہ کو ایم اے کے برابر تسلیم کرتے ہوئے مارکس ایم اے کے برابر دیے جائیں گے۔ CT اور AT کے علاوہ کسی اور کیڈر کے لیے شہادۃ العالمیہ کے کوئی نمبر نہیں ہوں گے۔

- سکونت میں تبدیلی پر پابندی: 17-03-2020 کے بعد ڈومیسائل شناختی کارڈ میں منتقل ہونے والی کسی قسم کی تبدیلی قابل قبول نہ ہوگی اور 2025-03-17 گزرنے کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں اور حاصل کردہ قابلیت اور اسناد پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
