Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, OR holding a membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
- Professional Experience: At least twenty (20) years of post-qualification professional experience, which must include a minimum of three (03) years in senior management or C-Level positions.
- Sector Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the power distribution sector, regulatory frameworks, and emerging industry challenges.
- Core Capabilities: Demonstrated capability in strategic leadership, corporate transformation, governance, change management, organizational restructuring, and delivering measurable results in complex environments.
- Legal Compliance: Must meet the eligibility criteria under the applicable Fit & Proper Criteria and relevant provisions of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023, SOEs (C-Level Appointments) Guidelines, 2024, and the Companies Act, 2017.
