Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO), a prominent public sector power utility operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and visionary leader for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Tenure	Contract basis for an initial term of three (03) years, subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background: Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, OR holding a membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
Professional Experience: At least twenty (20) years of post-qualification professional experience, which must include a minimum of three (03) years in senior management or C-Level positions.
Sector Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the power distribution sector, regulatory frameworks, and emerging industry challenges.
Core Capabilities: Demonstrated capability in strategic leadership, corporate transformation, governance, change management, organizational restructuring, and delivering measurable results in complex environments.
Legal Compliance: Must meet the eligibility criteria under the applicable Fit & Proper Criteria and relevant provisions of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023, SOEs (C-Level Appointments) Guidelines, 2024, and the Companies Act, 2017.
