- درخواست دہندگان کو مشتہر کردہ مضمون (مضامین) کے لیے دو (02) سیٹ جمع کرانے ہوں گے۔ درخواست فارم کو مناسب طریقے سے پر کیا جانا چاہیے (کوئی خانہ خالی نہ چھوڑیں) اور اس کے ساتھ ڈگریوں/ڈپلوموں/سرٹیفکیٹس وغیرہ کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپیاں، تفصیلی مارکس سرٹیفکیٹس (ڈی ایم سیز)، شناختی کارڈ، ڈومیسائل اور حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصاویر کے ساتھ تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹس (اگر قابل اطلاق ہوں) منسلک ہونے چاہئیں۔
- صرف ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ ڈگریاں/ڈپلومے پر غور کیا جائے گا۔ غیر ملکی ڈگریوں کے حامل درخواست دہندگان کو ایچ ای سی سے مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔
- پروفیسر اور ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر کے عہدوں کے لیے، درخواست دہندگان کو درخواست فارم کے ساتھ منسلک ایم ایس ورڈ فارمیٹ میں تفصیلی پبلیکیشن پروفارما (پی پی ایف) جمع کرانا ہوگا۔
- سرکاری/نیم سرکاری/خود مختار اداروں/پبلک سیکٹر یونیورسٹیوں میں باقاعدہ/ایکٹنگ چارج/آفیشیٹنگ/ایڈہاک/کرنٹ چارج اور کنٹریکٹ کی بنیاد پر کام کرنے والے درخواست دہندگان کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی ہوگی اور درخواست فارم کے ساتھ این او سی (صرف تقرری کرنے والی اتھارٹی کی جانب سے جاری کردہ) اور متعلقہ محکمہ/ادارے کی جانب سے جاری کردہ تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹس منسلک کرنے ہوں گے۔ درخواستوں کی پیشگی کاپیوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا اور نامکمل درخواستیں مسترد کر دی جائیں گی۔
- نجی اداروں میں درخواست دہندگان کو صرف اس صورت میں قبول کیا جائے گا جب ایسا ادارہ ایس ای سی پی/رجسٹرار آف فرمز/کسی دیگر متعلقہ اتھارٹی کے ساتھ رجسٹرڈ ہو۔
- یومیہ اجرت، جز وقتی، وزٹنگ، اعزازی اور اپرنٹس کے طور پر حاصل کردہ تجربے پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- ٹریک سسٹم پر کام کرنے والے موجودہ فیکلٹی ماڈل ٹینیور ٹریک پراسیس اسٹیٹوٹیس 2018 (وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ ترمیم شدہ) کے تحت درخواست دیں گے اور اپنی موجودہ حیثیت (پروبیشنری/مستقل/معاہدے پر) کا واضح طور پر تقرری کرنے والی اتھارٹی سے این او سی کے ساتھ ذکر کریں۔
- مقررہ قابلیت (آخری تاریخ کو یا اس سے پہلے حاصل کی گئی/حاصل کی گئی) کے حامل امیدوار درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ اگر درخواست دہندہ کے پاس مقررہ قابلیت سے زیادہ اعلیٰ تعلیمی قابلیت ہے تو درخواست دہندہ کو انٹرویو کے وقت ایچ ای سی/متعلقہ کونسل (مثلاً پی سی اے ٹی پی، پاکستان ویٹرنری میڈیکل کونسل (پی وی ایم سی)، پاکستان نرسنگ کونسل (پی این سی) وغیرہ) سے اعلیٰ تعلیم کا مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔
- یونیورسٹی امیدواروں کی جانب سے جمع کرائی گئی ڈگریوں/ڈپلوموں اور دیگر دستاویزات کی تصدیق کرے گی۔ اگر کسی بھی مرحلے پر کوئی دستاویز جعلی/بوگس پائی جاتی ہے تو یونیورسٹی قواعد/قانون کے مطابق مناسب کارروائی کرنے میں آزاد ہوگی۔
- یونیورسٹی کو آسامیوں کی تعداد میں کمی یا اضافہ کرنے، کسی بھی آسامی کو نہ بھرنے، یا کسی بھی مشتہر کردہ آسامی کے خلاف تقرری کو کوئی وجہ بتائے بغیر روکنے کا حق محفوظ ہے۔
- یونیورسٹی درخواست فارم درخواست دہندگان/کورئیرز/پوسٹل سروسز وغیرہ کے ذریعے موصول ہونے میں تاخیر کی ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی۔
- درخواستیں جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 26 اپریل 2025 ہے۔
- انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
- صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
- غلطیاں اور کوتاہیاں قابل قبول ہوں گی۔
- یونیورسٹی کو کسی بھی مرحلے پر کسی بھی وجہ کے بغیر کسی بھی/تمام بھرتی کے عمل کو منسوخ کرنے کا حق حاصل ہے۔
- عمر کا حساب لگایا جائے گا اور حکومتی قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق مشاہدہ کیا جائے گا، جو کہ مناسب طریقے سے تصدیق شدہ اور ثبوت کی دستیابی سے مشروط ہے۔
- یونیورسٹی کو کسی بھی/تمام مشتہر کردہ آسامیوں کا کسی بھی متعلقہ قانونی ادارے سے جائزہ لینے کا حق حاصل ہے۔
- درخواست دہندگان کے لیے بینک آف پنجاب (بی او پی) کی کسی بھی برانچ میں بی پی ایس-18 اور اس سے اوپر کے لیے 1,000 روپے (ناقابل واپسی) اور بی پی ایس-17 اور اس سے نیچے کے لیے 500 روپے (ناقابل واپسی) اکاؤنٹ نمبر PK11BPUN6060010372410001 بعنوان “یو او جی متفرق اکاؤنٹ” میں فیس جمع کرانا لازمی ہے۔ اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ (یونیورسٹی کاپی) درخواست فارم کے ساتھ منسلک ہونی چاہیے۔
- درخواست دہندگان کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ درخواست فارم پر کرنے سے پہلے یو او جی کی ویب سائٹ (https://jobs.uog.edu.pk/HowtoApplyOnline.aspx) پر دستیاب “یو او جی ویب سائٹ پر آن لائن درخواست دینے کے لیے ہدایات” پر عمل کریں۔
