Detailed Vacancies, Responsibilities & Skills Required

1. Cashier

Primary Role: Managing cash flow, handling daily financial transactions, and maintaining cash ledgers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions and issue official receipts.
- Maintain precise cash records and perform routine reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate handling of all payments, cash drawers, and bank deposits.
Preferred Experience: Previous automotive/dealership cash handling experience will be considered an advantage.

2. Accountant

Primary Role: Overseeing financial reporting, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the dealership.
- Maintain financial ledgers, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and generate monthly financial reports.
- Handle FBR, sales tax, and income tax-related compliance work.
Required Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software, FBR tax regulations, and MS Excel.

3. Assistant Accountant

Primary Role: Supporting senior accountants in routine entries, data handling, and record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance team in daily accounting activities.
- Perform data entry, process vouchers, generate invoices, and assist in ledger maintenance.
- Support bank reconciliation processes and financial reporting.
Required Skills: Good command of MS Excel and general bookkeeping.

4. Customer Relations (CR) – EV Vehicles

Primary Role: Managing client communication, providing Electric Vehicle (EV) technical details, and maintaining customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear product information.
- Explain EV vehicle features, battery specifications, and technical services.
- Manage customer follow-ups, test drive appointments, and service bookings.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with dealership clients.
Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Required Qualifications & Experience: Relevant educational background and experience in accounting, finance, cash management, or customer service.

اہم ذمہ داریاں:
- روزانہ کے نقد لین دین اور وصولیوں کا نظم و ضبط قائم رکھنا۔
- کیش کے تمام ریکارڈز کو برقرار رکھنا اور روزانہ مطابقت (Reconciliation) کرنا۔
- ادائیگیاں اور بینک ڈپازٹس کی درست اور محفوظ ہینڈلنگ کو یقینی بنانا۔
ترجیح: آٹوموٹو يا ڈیلرشپ میں کیش ہینڈلنگ کا سابقہ تجربہ اضافی فائدہ ہوگا۔

2. اکاؤنٹنٹ (Accountant)

بنیادی کام: مالیاتی امور، لیجرز کی دیکھ بھال، بینک ری کنسیلی ایشن اور ایف بی آر ٹیکس قوانین پر عملدرآمد۔
