The Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) is inviting applications from fresh graduates for its one-year intensive Management Trainee Program. This program offers a path toward full-time contract employment based on performance evaluation upon completion.
Eligible Disciplines
- Engineering (Bachelor’s – 4 Years): Petroleum & Gas, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, System, and Environmental.
- Other Degrees (16 Years of Education): Management Sciences (HR, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, etc.), Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Law/Media Studies, Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, and Chemistry.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 26 years.
- Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 2.50 (or 1st Division/60% where CGPA is not applicable).
- Final Result: Candidates must have their final results announced on or before June 30, 2026.

- Testing Agency: The written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at specified centers.
- Application Fee: Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable), payable at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited.
