Important Domicile & Eligibility Rules
- Regional Domicile Requirement (Sr. # 3 to 12): For positions mentioned at Sr. # 3 to 12, candidates holding a domicile from the districts of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, & Nankana Sahib shall be eligible to apply.
- National Quota (Sr. # 1 & 2): Positions at Sr. # 1 & 2 are open to Punjab, Sindh (Rural), and KPK as specified in the allocation table.
- LESCO Employee’s Children Quota (ECQ):
- Candidates applying under the 20% ECQ quota must attach a certificate duly signed by Dy. Manager concerned certifying that no other child/dependent has been appointed against this quota.
- An affidavit must be attached stating that brothers/sisters are not already employed under this quota.
- Selected candidates under ECQ are entitled to further 5-years age relaxation.
- General Age Relaxation: 5-year general age relaxation is already included in the age limits stated above. Scheduled Castes/Buddhists get an additional 3 years; Govt servants with 2 continuous years of service get an additional 10 years.

- Appointment Type: Purely on a contract basis under a market-based lump sum package. Non-pensionable with a 6-month probation period, and shall not be converted into permanent positions at a later stage.
