1. Branch Manager (Islamic)

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

2. Sub Branch Manager (Islamic)

Location: Various Cities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and management tasks.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote branch products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a banking environment.
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking principles is preferred.

3. Team Leader – Corporate

Location: Karachi
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of relationship managers to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

4. Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate

Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Retail Banking Officer

Location: Peshawar
Responsibilities:

  • Promote retail banking products to customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is a plus.

6. Branch Services Officer

Location: Multan
Responsibilities:

7. Officer Governance

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in risk management initiatives within the bank.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on governance issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in governance or compliance roles within the banking sector.

8. Officer Compliance Unit

Location: Faisalabad
Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance department in ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of bank operations.
  • Provide training on compliance policies to staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance roles within financial institutions.
