Job Overview

Sweet Crème is actively seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will act as the voice and visual storyteller of our brand. You will conceptualize, shoot, edit, and manage high-impact digital content across multiple social media platforms, helping us deepen our connection with dessert lovers across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

As our Content Creator, your day-to-day operations will encompass a wide range of creative and strategic responsibilities designed to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement:

Strategic Content Planning: Plan and create engaging, trend-focused content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Creative Ideation & Execution: Develop innovative creative ideas, reels, short-form videos, captivating captions, and dynamic static posts.
Multimedia Production: Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for ongoing marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and everyday product showcases.
Brand Consistency: Follow established brand guidelines meticulously while maintaining a consistent and active content calendar.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to align digital campaigns with overall business objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor digital trends, viral challenges, and competitor movements, suggesting creative concepts to keep Sweet Crème ahead of the curve.
Performance Tracking: Support campaign launches, monitor content performance metrics, and optimize future strategies based on audience engagement data.

What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile)

To thrive in this role at Sweet Crème, you should possess a unique blend of technical mastery, creative flair, and professional background:

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 3–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, or media production.
Technical Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable skills in photography, videography, and post-production video editing (using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook algorithms, features, and current social media trends.
Soft Skills: Exceptional creative storytelling capabilities, polished communication skills, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio or samples of previous work showcasing your content creation capabilities is preferred.
