Age Limit:

- For Computer Teacher/IT Teacher (CT-IT): 18 to 35 years Age will be calculated as of the closing date of application: March 17, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications:
To be eligible for these esteemed positions, candidates must meet the following educational and professional qualifications:
1. Qaria (BPS-15):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University.
- Professional Training: Completion of a mandatory 8-month in-service training program conducted by the Regional Professional Development Centre (RPDC) or District Professional Development (DPD) after selection and appointment.
- Candidates with Sanad e Hifz-ul-Quran will be given preference.
2. Arabic Teacher (AT) (BPS-15):
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic from a HEC recognized University.
- OR Shahadatul Almiya fil Uloom Arabia wal Islamia (equivalent to Master’s Degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies) from a recognized institution or Wafaq ul Madaris.
- OR Master of Arts (MA) in Arabic from a HEC recognized University (Second Class or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average – CGPA).
- Professional Training: Completion of a mandatory 9-month in-service training program conducted by RPDC/DPD after selection and appointment.
3. Theology Teacher (TT) (BPS-15):
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies from a HEC recognized University.
- OR Shahadatul Almiya fil Uloom Arabia wal Islamia (equivalent to Master’s Degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies) from a recognized institution or Wafaq ul Madaris.
- OR Master of Arts (MA) in Islamic Studies from a HEC recognized University (Second Class or equivalent CGPA).
- Professional Training: Completion of a mandatory 9-month in-service training program conducted by RPDC/DPD after selection and appointment.
4. Computer Teacher/IT Teacher (CT-IT) (BPS-12):
- Educational Qualification:
- Second Division Bachelor’s Degree in Intermediate (Science Group) or equivalent qualification, along with a One-Year Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (IT) from a recognized institution.
- OR Second Class Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Education (ADE) from a HEC recognized institution, with proficiency in Computer Science/IT.
- Professional Training: No mandatory pre-service training required.
- Note: Candidates meeting the criteria for other teaching positions (Serial No. 2 & 3) may also apply for CT-IT. However, if selected for CT-IT based on these qualifications, they will be required to obtain the necessary Computer Science/IT related qualification within three (3) years of their appointment.
5. Classical Teacher (CT) (BPS-12):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University and a Sanad-e-Quran (certification in Quranic recitation and teachings) from a registered religious institution.
- Professional Training: Completion of a mandatory 8-month in-service training program conducted by RPDC/DPD after selection and appointment.
6. Primary School Teacher (PST) (BPS-12):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University.
- Professional Training: Completion of a mandatory 8-month in-service training program conducted by RPDC/DPD after selection and appointment.
- Candidates with Associate Degree in Education (ADE) will be given preference.
Selection Criteria and Marks Distribution (Total 200 Marks):
The selection process will be strictly based on merit, determined through a comprehensive marks allocation system:
A. Academic Qualification (100 Marks):
- Matriculation (SSC): 100 Marks
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC): (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15
- Intermediate/Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC): (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BSc): (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 20
- Master of Arts/Master of Science (MA/MSc): (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 20
- For Qaria and Equivalent Qualifications (ADE/Shahadatul Almiya + Teacher Training + Sanad e Hifz-ul-Quran): (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15
B. Professional Qualification (100 Marks):
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) (2-Year): 20 Marks [Allocation: (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15 for B.Ed and additional (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15 for Master of Education (M.Ed) if applicable].
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) (4-Year): 35 Marks [Allocation: (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 20 for BA/BSc and additional (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15 for MA/MSc if applicable].
- One-Year Professional Degrees/Diplomas: Marks will be allocated proportionally based on the weightage of a full B.Ed degree.
- 4-Year Education Degree or 2-Year Education Degree: 20 Marks [Allocation: (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15 for B.Ed and additional (Marks obtained / Total marks) * 15 for Master of Education (M.Ed) if applicable].
Quota Allocation:
- Minorities: 5%
- Persons with Disabilities: 2%
- Merit: 0.5%
- Specific quotas as per government policy will be applied.
General Terms and Conditions:
- The recruitment process will be multi-staged, and the methodology will be at the sole discretion of the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).
- Separate merit lists will be prepared for each post and for each district, combining ETEA test scores and academic qualification marks.
- Candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% passing marks in the ETEA test to be considered eligible.
- Conversion of CGPA to percentage is mandatory. Candidates must provide a certified certificate from their respective university’s Controller of Examinations, verifying the percentage equivalent of their CGPA.
- Reserved quotas are allocated for persons with disabilities (2%), minorities (5%), and merit (0.5%). Candidates with disabilities must provide a certificate from a competent Medical Board, confirming the disability does not hinder teaching duties. Transgender candidates must provide a certificate from the relevant forum of the Social Welfare, Women Empowerment and Bait-ul-Mal Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, by the closing date of application (March 17, 2025).
- Original educational documents and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) must be presented during document verification.
- If any changes in the recruitment policy are announced by the government after this advertisement, the competent authority (ETEA) will proceed according to the government-approved rules.
- All appointments will be made in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s established rules and procedures.
- Only degrees/certificates from Government recognized/reputed institutions will be accepted.
- If any candidate’s educational or professional documents are found to be bogus/fake at any stage of recruitment or after appointment, legal action will be initiated, and the candidate will be disqualified from future government service.
- Incomplete application forms will be automatically rejected. No appeal will be entertained against rejection.
- A separate schedule for document verification will be issued, and no Traveling Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to candidates for document verification.
- Selected candidates will be required to serve in the initially appointed school for a minimum of five (5) years, which will be non-transferable.

- Candidates selected on merit will be responsible for bearing all expenses related to the verification of their credentials from relevant institutions.
- Degrees from private universities must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- No extra credit will be given to any candidate based on any degree.
- The cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date of the advertisement (March 17, 2025). Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008.
- For AT and TT candidates, Shahadatul Almiya will be considered equivalent to MA, and marks will be awarded accordingly. No extra marks will be awarded for Shahadatul Almiya for CT-IT, CT, and PST positions.
- Upon appointment, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees Welfare Ordinance No. 3 of 1969, Civil Servants (Amendment) Act, 2022, will be applicable to the selected candidates.
- All appointments will be domicile-based within the respective districts. Domicile of the concerned district is mandatory for all positions. However, for Primary School Teachers, appointments and initial postings will be within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as per Section No. 3 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act, 2011 and the rules framed thereunder. No change in permanent address or CNIC details will be accepted after March 17, 2025. Applications received after March 17, 2025, or with incomplete documents will not be entertained.
- Female candidates can apply against any position based on either their own domicile or their husband’s domicile. Submission of a computerized marriage registration certificate (Nikah Nama) is mandatory. Women applying with both domiciles at the same time will be considered ineligible.

- تعلیمی قابلیت:
- ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے عربی میں بیچلر ڈگری۔
- یا شہادۃ العالمیہ فی العلوم العربیہ والاسلامیہ (عربی اور اسلامیات میں ماسٹرز ڈگری کے مساوی) کسی تسلیم شدہ ادارے یا وفاق المدارس سے۔
- یا ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے عربی میں ماسٹر آف آرٹس (MA) (سیکنڈ کلاس یا مساوی سی جی پی اے۔
- پیشہ ورانہ تربیت: RPDC/DPD کے زیر اہتمام سلیکشن اور تقرری کے بعد 9 ماہ کی لازمی ان سروس ٹریننگ پروگرام مکمل کرنا ہوگا۔
3. ثیالوجی ٹیچر (TT) (BPS-15):
- تعلیمی قابلیت:

- یا شہادۃ العالمیہ فی العلوم العربیہ والاسلامیہ (عربی اور اسلامیات میں ماسٹرز ڈگری کے مساوی) کسی تسلیم شدہ ادارے یا وفاق المدارس سے۔
- یا ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے اسلامیات میں ماسٹر آف آرٹس (MA) (سیکنڈ کلاس یا مساوی سی جی پی اے۔
- پیشہ ورانہ تربیت: RPDC/DPD کے زیر اہتمام سلیکشن اور تقرری کے بعد 9 ماہ کی لازمی ان سروس ٹریننگ پروگرام مکمل کرنا ہوگا۔
4. کمپیوٹر ٹیچر/آئی ٹی ٹیچر (CT-IT) (BPS-12):
- تعلیمی قابلیت:
- انٹر میڈیٹ (سائنس گروپ) یا مساوی قابلیت میں سیکنڈ ڈویژن بیچلر ڈگری، اس کے ساتھ کسی تسلیم شدہ ادارے سے کمپیوٹر سائنس/انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی (IT) میں ایک سالہ ڈپلومہ۔
- یا ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ ادارے سے سیکنڈ کلاس بیچلر ڈگری یا ایسوسی ایٹ ڈگری ان ایجوکیشن (ADE)، کمپیوٹر سائنس/آئی ٹی میں مہارت کے ساتھ۔
- پیشہ ورانہ تربیت: کوئی لازمی پری سروس ٹریننگ درکار نہیں۔
- نوٹ: دیگر تدریسی آسامیوں (سیریل نمبر 2 اور 3) کے معیار پر پورا اترنے والی امیدواران بھی سی ٹی-آئی ٹی کے لیے درخواست دے سکتی ہیں۔ تاہم، اگر ان قابلیت کی بنیاد پر سی ٹی-آئی ٹی کے لیے منتخب کیا جاتا ہے، تو انہیں اپنی تقرری کے تین (3) سال کے اندر کمپیوٹر سائنس/آئی ٹی سے متعلقہ ضروری قابلیت حاصل کرنا ہوگی۔
5. کلاسیکل ٹیچر (CT) (BPS-12):
- تعلیمی قابلیت: ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے بیچلر ڈگری اور کسی رجسٹرڈ مذہبی ادارے سے سند قرآن (قرآنی تلاوت اور تعلیمات میں سند)۔
- پیشہ ورانہ تربیت: RPDC/DPD کے زیر اہتمام سلیکشن اور تقرری کے بعد 8 ماہ کی لازمی ان سروس ٹریننگ پروگرام مکمل کرنا ہوگا۔
6. پرائمری سکول ٹیچر (PST) (BPS-12):
- تعلیمی قابلیت: ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے بیچلر ڈگری۔
- پیشہ ورانہ تربیت: RPDC/DPD کے زیر اہتمام سلیکشن اور تقرری کے بعد 8 ماہ کی لازمی ان سروس ٹریننگ پروگرام مکمل کرنا ہوگا۔
- ایسوسی ایٹ ڈگری ان ایجوکیشن (ADE) رکھنے والی امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
انتخاب کا معیار اور نمبروں کی تقسیم (کل 200 نمبر):
انتخاب کا عمل مکمل طور پر میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ہوگا، جو کہ جامع نمبروں کی تقسیم کے نظام کے ذریعے متعین کیا جائے گا:
الف۔ تعلیمی قابلیت (100 نمبر):
- میٹرک (SSC): 100 نمبر
- سیکنڈری سکول سرٹیفکیٹ (SSC): (حاصل کردہ نمبر / کل نمبر) * 15

عمومی شرائط و ضوابط:
- بھرتی کا عمل کثیر مراحل پر مشتمل ہوگا، اور طریقہ کار ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوایشن ایجنسی (ETEA) کی صوابدید پر ہوگا۔
- ETEA ٹیسٹ کے حاصل کردہ نمبرات اور تعلیمی قابلیت کے نمبرات کو ملا کر ہر آسامی اور ہر ضلع کے لیے الگ الگ میرٹ لسٹیں تیار کی جائیں گی۔
- امیدواروں کو اہل قرار دیے جانے کے لیے ETEA ٹیسٹ میں کم از کم 50 فیصد پاس مارکس حاصل کرنا ضروری ہے۔
- سی جی پی اے کو فیصد میں تبدیل کرنا لازمی ہے۔ امیدواروں کو اپنی متعلقہ یونیورسٹی کے کنٹرولر امتحانات کی جانب سے تصدیق شدہ سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنا ہوگا، جس میں ان کے سی جی پی اے کے فیصد کے مساوی کی تصدیق کی گئی ہو۔
- معذور افراد (2٪)، اقلیتوں (5٪)، اور میرٹ (0.5٪) کے لیے مخصوص کوٹے مختص ہیں۔ معذور امیدواروں کو ایک مجاز میڈیکل بورڈ کی جانب سے سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنا ہوگا، جس میں تصدیق کی گئی ہو کہ معذوری تدریسی فرائض میں رکاوٹ نہیں ہے۔ خواجہ سرا امیدواروں کو سوشل ویلفیئر، وومن ایمپاورمنٹ اینڈ بیت المال ڈیپارٹمنٹ، خیبر پختونخواہ کے متعلقہ فورم کا سرٹیفکیٹ درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ (17 مارچ، 2025) تک فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔
- دستاویزات کی تصدیق کے دوران اصلی تعلیمی دستاویزات اور کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) پیش کرنا لازمی ہے۔
- اگر اس اشتہار کے بعد حکومت کی جانب سے بھرتی کی پالیسی میں کوئی تبدیلی اعلان کی جاتی ہے تو، مجاز اتھارٹی (ETEA) حکومت کی منظور شدہ قوانین کے مطابق عمل کرے گی۔
- تمام تقرریاں خیبر پختونخواہ حکومت کے طے شدہ قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق کی جائیں گی۔
- صرف حکومت سے تسلیم شدہ/اعلیٰ درجہ کے اداروں کی ڈگریاں/سرٹیفکیٹ قبول کیے جائیں گے۔

- نامکمل درخواست فارم خود بخود مسترد کردیے جائیں گے۔ مستردگی کے خلاف کوئی اپیل قابل قبول نہیں ہوگی۔
- دستاویزات کی تصدیق کے لیے ایک علیحدہ شیڈول جاری کیا جائے گا، اور دستاویزات کی تصدیق کے لیے آنے والے امیدواروں کو کوئی سفری الاؤنس/روزانہ الاؤنس (TA/DA) نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
- منتخب امیدواروں کو ابتدائی طور پر مقرر کردہ سکول میں کم از کم پانچ (5) سال تک خدمات انجام دینا ہوں گی، جو کہ ناقابل تبادلہ ہوں گی۔
- درخواست جمع کرانے کا تفصیلی طریقہ کار ETEA کی ویب سائٹ پر دستیاب ہے۔ ضلعی وار خالی آسامیوں کی تفصیل بھی ETEA ویب سائٹ پر درخواست فارم کے ساتھ دستیاب ہے۔
- میرٹ پر منتخب ہونے والے امیدواران اپنی اسناد کی متعلقہ اداروں سے تصدیق کرانے کے اخراجات برداشت کرنے کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
- نجی یونیورسٹیوں کی ڈگریاں ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (HEC) سے تصدیق شدہ ہونی چاہییں۔
- کسی بھی ڈگری کی بنیاد پر کسی بھی امیدوار کو کوئی اضافی کریڈٹ نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
- عمر کی حد کا تعین اشتہار کی آخری تاریخ (17 مارچ، 2025) تک کیا جائے گا۔ بالائی عمر کی حد میں رعایت خیبر پختونخوا ابتدائی تقرری برائے سول پوسٹس (بالائی عمر کی حد میں نرمی) رولز، 2008 کے مطابق ہوگی۔
- AT اور TT امیدواروں کے لیے، شہادۃ العالمیہ کو MA کے مساوی تصور کیا جائے گا، اور نمبرات اسی کے مطابق دیے جائیں گے۔ CT-IT، CT، اور PST آسامیوں کے لیے شہادۃ العالمیہ کے کوئی اضافی نمبر نہیں ہوں گے۔
- تقرری کی صورت میں، خیبر پختونخوا ملازمین فلاح و بہبود آرڈیننس نمبر 3 آف 1969، سول سرونٹس (ترمیمی) ایکٹ، 2022، منتخب امیدواروں پر لاگو ہوں گے۔
- تمام تقرریاں متعلقہ اضلاع کے ڈومیسائل کی بنیاد پر ہوں گی۔ تمام آسامیوں کے لیے متعلقہ ضلع کا ڈومیسائل لازمی ہے۔ تاہم، پرائمری سکول ٹیچرز کے لیے، تقرریاں اور ابتدائی پوسٹنگ خیبر پختونخوا کے اندر ہوگی، جیسا کہ خیبر پختونخوا سول سرونٹس ایکٹ، 2011 کے سیکشن نمبر 3 اور اس کے تحت بنائے گئے قواعد میں درج ہے۔ 17 مارچ، 2025 کے بعد مستقل پتہ یا CNIC تفصیلات میں کوئی تبدیلی قابل قبول نہیں ہوگی۔ 17 مارچ، 2025 کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں یا نامکمل دستاویزات پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- خواتین امیدوار کسی بھی آسامی کے لیے اپنے یا اپنے شوہر کے ڈومیسائل کی بنیاد پر درخواست دے سکتی ہیں۔ کمپیوٹرائزڈ نکاح رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ (نکاح نامہ) جمع کرانا لازمی ہے۔ ایک ہی وقت میں دونوں ڈومیسائل کے ساتھ درخواست دینے والی خواتین کو نااہل تصور کیا جائے گا۔
