Position: Senior ElectricianLocation: Kala Shah Kaku, Lahore, Pakistan (Ravi Chemical Complex Plant Site) Job Overview: As a Senior Electrician at Ravi Chemical Complex, you will be a critical member of our maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of our industrial electrical systems. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong technical background and extensive experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, particularly within a complex chemical manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining both Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) electrical systems, switchgears, and associated control systems. Your expertise will be essential for preventing electrical breakdowns, responding effectively to emergencies, and ensuring the continuous power supply that is vital for our production processes. Key Responsibilities:
   • Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Industrial Electrical Systems: You will be the primary point of contact for all electrical maintenance activities across the Ravi Chemical Complex plant.    • پاور انورٹرز کی تنصیب اور دیکھ بھال: آپ صنعتی پاور انورٹرز کی تنصیب، کنفیگریشن، دیکھ بھال اور ٹربل شوٹنگ کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔ اس میں پاور انورژن کے اصولوں کو سمجھنا، مختلف قسم کے انورٹرز (مثلاً، ویری ایبل فریکوئینسی ڈرائیوز – VFDs) کے ساتھ کام کرنا، اور ہمارے برقی نظاموں کے ساتھ ان کے ہموار انضمام کو یقینی بنانا شامل ہے۔ پاور انورٹرز موٹر کی رفتار کو کنٹرول کرنے اور ہمارے بہت سے صنعتی عمل میں توانائی کی کارکردگی کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے بہت ضروری ہیں۔

   • تعلیمی قابلیت: کسی تسلیم شدہ تکنیکی بورڈ یا ادارے سے الیکٹریکل ٹیکنالوجی میں ڈپلومہ آف ایسوسی ایٹ انجینئرنگ (DAE)۔ برقی انجینئرنگ کے اصولوں اور طریقوں میں ایک مضبوط تکنیکی بنیاد اس کردار کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
   • پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ: صنعتی ترتیب میں الیکٹریشن کے طور پر کام کرنے کا کم از کم 10 سال کا قابل مظاہرہ اور ترقی پسند تجربہ، ترجیحاً کیمیائی مینوفیکچرنگ یا اسی طرح کے پیچیدہ صنعتی ماحول میں۔ اس وسیع تجربے میں صنعتی برقی نظاموں کی دیکھ بھال، ٹربل شوٹنگ اور مرمت میں عملی شمولیت شامل ہونی چاہیے، بشمول LT اور HT نظام اور سوئچ گیئرز۔

2. عہدہ: فائر فائٹرمقام: کالا شاہ کاکو، لاہور، پاکستان (راوی کیمیکل کمپلیکس پلانٹ سائٹ) جائزہ: راوی کیمیکل کمپلیکس میں فائر فائٹر کے طور پر، آپ ہماری حفاظتی اور ہنگامی ردعمل ٹیم کے ایک اہم رکن ہوں گے، جو ہمارے اہلکاروں، سہولیات اور آپریشنز کو آگ اور دیگر خطرات سے بچانے کے لیے وقف ہیں۔ یہ جسمانی اور ذہنی طور پر مطالبہ کرنے والا کردار ہے جس کے لیے ہمت، فوری سوچ اور حفاظت کے لیے مضبوط عزم کی ضرورت ہے۔ آپ فائر پریوینشن، ہنگامی ردعمل اور فائر فائٹنگ کے آلات کو برقرار رکھنے کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے تاکہ کمپلیکس میں کام کرنے کا محفوظ ماحول یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ اہم ذمہ داریاں:
   • فائر پریوینشن معائنہ کرنا اور فائر سیفٹی کے ضوابط نافذ کرنا: آپ راوی کیمیکل کمپلیکس کے اندر تمام علاقوں کا باقاعدگی سے مکمل معائنہ کر کے فائر پریوینشن میں ایک فعال کردار ادا کریں گے۔ اس میں شامل ہے:
     • آگ لگنے کے ممکنہ خطرات کی شناخت: آگ لگنے کے ممکنہ خطرات، جیسے آتش گیر مواد کا نامناسب ذخیرہ، ناقص برقی وائرنگ، مسدود فائر ایگزٹ، اور فائر سیفٹی پروٹوکولز کی دیگر خلاف ورزیوں کی فعال طور پر شناخت کرنا۔
     • فائر سیفٹی کے ضوابط کا نفاذ: قائم کردہ فائر سیفٹی کے ضوابط اور طریقہ کار کو سختی سے نافذ کرنا، اس بات کو یقینی بنانا کہ تمام اہلکار آگ کے خطرات کو کم سے کم کرنے کے لیے ان ہدایات پر عمل کریں۔ اس میں ملازمین کو فائر سیفٹی کے طریقوں پر تعلیم دینا اور خلاف ورزیاں پائی جانے پر اصلاحی اقدامات کرنا شامل ہے۔
   • فائر فائٹنگ کے آلات، گاڑیوں اور حفاظتی گیئر کا آپریشن اور دیکھ بھال: آپ یہ یقینی بنانے کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے کہ فائر فائٹنگ کے تمام آلات مستقل تیاری اور بہترین ورکنگ آرڈر کی حالت میں ہوں۔ اس میں شامل ہے:
     • فائر فائٹنگ کا سامان: فائر فائٹنگ کے آلات کی ایک وسیع رینج کو چلانا اور برقرار رکھنا، جیسے فائر ایکسٹنگوئشرز، فائر ہوز، سٹینڈ پائپس، سپرنکلر سسٹم، فائر سپریشن سسٹم، اور خصوصی کیمیائی فائر سپریشن ایجنٹس۔
     • فائر فائٹنگ گاڑیاں: فائر فائٹنگ گاڑیاں چلانا اور ان کی دیکھ بھال کرنا، بشمول فائر ٹرک، واٹر ٹینڈرز، اور دیگر خصوصی گاڑیاں جو کمپلیکس کے اندر ہنگامی ردعمل اور فائر فائٹنگ آپریشنز کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہیں۔
     • حفاظتی گیئر: فائر فائٹرز کے لیے ذاتی حفاظتی گیئر کی دیکھ بھال اور معائنہ کرنا، بشمول فائر ریزسٹنٹ سوٹ، ہیلمٹ، دستانے، بوٹس، اور سیلف کنٹینڈ بریاتھنگ اپریٹس (SCBA)، اس بات کو یقینی بنانا کہ وہ ہنگامی حالات میں فوری استعمال کے لیے تیار ہیں۔
   • ہنگامی ردعمل: آپ ہنگامی ردعمل ٹیم کے ایک بنیادی رکن ہوں گے، آگ لگنے کے واقعات اور دیگر ہنگامی حالات پر فوری اور مؤثر طریقے سے رد عمل ظاہر کرنے کی تربیت یافتہ۔ اس میں شامل ہے:

     • ریسکیو آپریشنز: آگ لگنے کے واقعات یا دیگر ہنگامی حالات کے دوران خطرناک علاقوں سے اہلکاروں کو نکالنے کے لیے ریسکیو آپریشنز میں حصہ لینا، کمپلیکس کے اندر تمام افراد کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنانا۔
     • فرسٹ ایڈ اور طبی امداد: ہنگامی حالات کے مقام پر زخمی اہلکاروں کو بنیادی فرسٹ ایڈ اور طبی امداد فراہم کرنا، طبی ٹیموں کی آمد سے پہلے، اپنی فرسٹ ایڈ ٹریننگ اور ہنگامی طبی سامان کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے۔

   • پیشہ ورانہ سرٹیفیکیشن: ایک معتبر فائر سیفٹی ٹریننگ انسٹیٹیوشن سے تسلیم شدہ فائر مین ٹریننگ کورس میں سرٹیفیکیشن۔ اس سرٹیفیکیشن میں فائر فائٹنگ کی ضروری مہارتیں، آگ سے بچاؤ کی تکنیک، آلات کا آپریشن اور ہنگامی ردعمل کے طریقہ کار کا احاطہ کرنا ضروری ہے۔
   مطلوبہ مہارتیں اور قابلیت:

   • حوصلہ اور ذہنی لچک: اعلیٰ تناؤ والے ہنگامی حالات کو مؤثر طریقے سے سنبھالنے، فوری فیصلے کرنے اور خطرناک ماحول میں توجہ مرکوز رکھنے کے لیے ظاہر کردہ حوصلہ، دباؤ میں تحمل اور ذہنی لچک۔
   • فائر فائٹنگ کی تکنیک اور آلات کا علم: جدید فائر فائٹنگ تکنیک، حکمت عملیوں اور بہترین طریقوں کا جامع علم، نیز فائر فائٹنگ کے آلات اور گاڑیوں کی ایک وسیع رینج کو چلانے اور برقرار رکھنے میں مہارت۔
   • فائر سیفٹی کے ضوابط کی سمجھ: صنعتی سیٹنگز اور کیمیائی کمپلیکس سے متعلق فائر سیفٹی کے ضوابط، بلڈنگ کوڈز اور ہنگامی ردعمل پروٹوکولز کی ٹھوس سمجھ۔
   • فرسٹ ایڈ اور ہنگامی طبی مہارتیں: فرسٹ ایڈ اور بنیادی لائف سپورٹ (BLS) میں سرٹیفیکیشن انتہائی مطلوب ہے۔ ہنگامی حالات میں فوری طبی امداد فراہم کرنے کی صلاحیت ایک اہم اثاثہ ہے۔

3. عہدہ: صنعتی سیفٹی پرسنلمقام: کالا شاہ کاکو، لاہور، پاکستان (راوی کیمیکل کمپلیکس پلانٹ سائٹ) جائزہ: راوی کیمیکل کمپلیکس میں صنعتی سیفٹی پرسنل کے طور پر، آپ کام کی جگہ کی حفاظت اور صحت کے ایک اہم وکیل ہوں گے، اس بات کو یقینی بناتے ہوئے کہ ہمارے آپریشنز اعلیٰ ترین حفاظتی معیارات اور ریگولیٹری تقاضوں پر عمل پیرا ہوں۔ یہ بے پناہ ذمہ داری کا کردار ہے، جس کے لیے ایک فعال نقطہ نظر، تفصیل پر مضبوط توجہ، اور تمام ملازمین کے لیے کام کرنے کا محفوظ اور صحت مند ماحول بنانے کا جذبہ درکار ہے۔ آپ حفاظتی پالیسیوں پر عمل درآمد اور ان کی نگرانی، رسک اسسمنٹ کرنا، حفاظتی تربیت فراہم کرنا اور کمپلیکس میں صحت، حفاظت اور ماحولیات (HSE) کے ضوابط کی مجموعی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانے کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔ اہم ذمہ داریاں:
   • کام کی جگہ پر رسک اسسمنٹ کرنا اور حفاظتی ضوابط کی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا: آپ جامع رسک اسسمنٹ کے ذریعے کام کی جگہ کے خطرات کی فعال طور پر شناخت اور ان کو کم کرنے میں سب سے آگے ہوں گے۔ اس میں شامل ہے:
     • خطرات کی شناخت: راوی کیمیکل کمپلیکس کے اندر تمام کام کے علاقوں میں ممکنہ خطرات کی منظم طریقے سے شناخت کرنا، بشمول کیمیائی خطرات، جسمانی خطرات، ایرگونومک خطرات اور ماحولیاتی خطرات۔
     • رسک اسسمنٹ: شناخت شدہ خطرات کی شدت اور امکان کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے مکمل رسک اسسمنٹ کرنا، خطرات کو کم سے کم یا ختم کرنے کے لیے مناسب کنٹرول اقدامات کا تعین کرنا، اور نتائج اور سفارشات کو دستاویزی شکل دینا۔
     • ریگولیٹری تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا: یہ یقینی بنانا کہ تمام آپریشنز اور کام کے طریقے متعلقہ قومی اور بین الاقوامی حفاظتی ضوابط، صنعتی بہترین طریقوں، اور داخلی حفاظتی پالیسیوں اور طریقہ کار کی مکمل تعمیل کرتے ہیں۔ ضوابط میں تبدیلیوں پر اپ ڈیٹ رہنا اور جاری تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا۔

     • پالیسی اور طریقہ کار کی ترقی: HSE پالیسیوں، طریقہ کار اور محفوظ کام کے طریقوں کی ترقی اور اپ ڈیٹ میں حصہ ڈالنا، اس بات کو یقینی بنانا کہ وہ واضح، جامع اور تمام ملازمین تک مؤثر طریقے سے پہنچائی جائیں۔
