Role Vision & Mandate

Islamabad Club is seeking a dynamic, seasoned executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will take operational leadership, steer strategic development, manage multi-unit hospitality and sports facilities, ensure financial self-sustainability, and serve as the principal ambassador of the Club before government bodies, diplomatic circles, and members.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Management

Formulate, execute, and deliver strategic plans, business blueprints, and Board-approved annual budgets with clear, measurable outcomes.
Drive the Club’s long-term vision while protecting its legacy, prestige, and constitutional integrity.

2. Executive Command & Governance

Direct, lead, and hold accountable the C-suite senior management team (including CFO and COO) through clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorous operational reviews.
