We have 250 positions available across various departments and roles. Below are the details of some of the key positions we are hiring for:

    • Responsibilities: Oversee administrative functions, manage office operations, coordinate with other departments, and handle correspondence.
    • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; excellent organizational and communication skills.
  2. Accounts Officers
    • Responsibilities: Manage financial records, prepare budgets, process transactions, and conduct financial analysis.
    • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; proficiency in accounting software.
  3. Claims Examiners
    • Responsibilities: Review and process claims for benefits, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with EOBI policies.
    • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or related field; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Field Inspectors
    • Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to verify compliance, gather information, and assist in resolving claims issues.
    • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field; ability to travel frequently and excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Customer Service Representatives
    • Responsibilities: Provide information and support to beneficiaries, handle inquiries and complaints, and assist in resolving issues.
    • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; strong communication skills and customer service experience.
  6. IT Specialists
    • Responsibilities: Manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure system security and efficiency.

  7. Legal Advisors
    • Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel, handle legal disputes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  8. HR Officers
    • Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

  9. Data Entry Operators
    • Responsibilities: Input and maintain accurate records in databases, verify data accuracy, and assist with data analysis.

Eligibility Criteria
