The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), a prestigious autonomous body established under the Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as Regional Head North. Position: Regional Head North
- Location: Lahore
- Reporting To: Secretary ICAP
- Team Membership: Senior Leadership Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Planning and Execution: Execute operational plans with defined actions and timelines while supporting ICAP functions across the Northern Region, including Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, and IT, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
- Supervision and Compliance: Supervise administrative heads of regional offices, ensuring compliance, internal controls, and the effective implementation of ICAP’s policies.
- Representation: Represent ICAP at government and non-government forums across the Northern Region.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICAP members, the corporate sector, education partners, and government departments.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Qualification: Fellow member of ICAP with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience OR a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or other related fields with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a C-level position.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership competencies in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
- Decision Making and Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multi-functional operations across the Region.
Selection Process and Compensation:
- Selection: Shortlisted candidates will undergo ICAP’s selection process.
- Compensation: The position offers a market-competitive remuneration package based on the candidate’s profile, along with benefits, including an ICAP-maintained car.

- نگرانی اور تعمیل: علاقائی دفاتر کے انتظامی سربراہوں کی نگرانی کرنا، تعمیل، داخلی کنٹرول، اور آئی سی اے پی کی پالیسیوں کے موثر نفاذ کو یقینی بنانا۔
- نمائندگی: شمالی خطے میں سرکاری اور غیر سرکاری فورمز میں آئی سی اے پی کی نمائندگی کرنا۔

تعلیم، تجربہ اور مہارتیں:
- قابلیت: آئی سی اے پی کے فیلو ممبر جن کے پاس پوسٹ کوالیفیکیشن کا کم از کم 15 سال کا تجربہ ہو یا بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن/مینجمنٹ یا دیگر متعلقہ شعبوں میں ماسٹر ڈگری جس کے پاس کم از کم 20 سال کا متعلقہ تجربہ ہو، جس میں سی لیول کے عہدے پر کم از کم 5 سال شامل ہوں۔
- قیادت: تزویراتی منصوبہ بندی اور اسٹیک ہولڈر مینجمنٹ میں قیادت کی صلاحیتوں کا مظاہرہ کریں۔
- فیصلہ سازی اور مسئلہ حل کرنا: مضبوط فیصلہ سازی اور مسئلہ حل کرنے کی مہارت، خطے میں کثیر فعال آپریشنز کے انتظام میں تجربہ کے ساتھ۔
