5. درخواست فارم پُر کریں: آن لائن درخواست فارم میں تمام مطلوبہ فیلڈز کو درست طریقے سے پُر کریں۔ اپنی ذاتی تفصیلات، تعلیمی قابلیت، تجربہ اور دیگر متعلقہ معلومات فراہم کریں۔
6. دستاویزات اپ لوڈ کریں: آن لائن درخواست فارم میں بتائی گئی تمام ضروری دستاویزات کی سکین شدہ کاپیاں اپ لوڈ کریں۔ اس میں عام طور پر آپ کا شناختی کارڈ، ڈومیسائل سرٹیفکیٹ، تعلیمی ڈگریاں/ٹرانسکریپٹس، اور حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر شامل ہوتی ہے۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ سکین شدہ دستاویزات واضح اور پڑھنے کے قابل ہوں۔
7. درخواست جمع کروائیں: فارم مکمل کرنے اور دستاویزات اپ لوڈ کرنے کے بعد، اپنی فراہم کردہ تمام معلومات کا بغور جائزہ لیں۔ ایک بار جب آپ مطمئن ہو جائیں کہ سب کچھ درست ہے، تو اپنی آن لائن درخواست جمع کروا دیں۔
8. درخواست فارم ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں (اختیاری): کچھ آن لائن سسٹم آپ کو اپنی جمع کرائی گئی درخواست فارم کی ایک کاپی ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنے کی اجازت دیتے ہیں۔ یہ مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ اپنی ریکارڈ کے لیے ایک کاپی ڈاؤن لوڈ اور محفوظ کریں۔

آف لائن درخواست کا عمل (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو):

1. درخواست فارم ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں: ATS ویب سائٹ (https://ats.org.pk) ملاحظہ کریں اور PEF ملازمت کی آسامیوں کے لیے تجویز کردہ درخواست فارم ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں۔
2. درخواست فارم پرنٹ کریں: ڈاؤن لوڈ کردہ درخواست فارم کو معیاری کاغذ پر پرنٹ کریں۔
3. درخواست فارم دستی طور پر پُر کریں: درخواست فارم کے تمام سیکشنز کو واضح لکھائی میں، ترجیحاً بڑے حروف میں احتیاط سے پُر کریں۔
4. دستاویزات منسلک کریں: تمام مطلوبہ دستاویزات کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپیاں درخواست فارم کے ساتھ منسلک کریں۔ اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ گزٹڈ آفیسر یا نوٹری پبلک سے کاپیاں تصدیق شدہ ہوں۔
5. بینک ڈرافٹ/ڈپازٹ سلپ تیار کریں: اگر درخواست کی پروسیسنگ فیس درکار ہے، تو اشتہار اور اے ٹی ایس کی ویب سائٹ پر دی گئی ہدایات کے مطابق بینک ڈرافٹ یا ڈپازٹ سلپ تیار کریں۔
6. درخواست پیکیج بھیجیں: مکمل شدہ درخواست فارم، منسلک دستاویزات، اور بینک ڈرافٹ/ڈپازٹ سلپ (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو) کو ایک مضبوط لفافے میں ڈالیں۔ درخواست پیکیج کو اشتہار میں فراہم کردہ ڈسپیچ ایڈریس پر بھیجیں، اس بات کو یقینی بناتے ہوئے کہ یہ آخری تاریخ سے پہلے پہنچ جائے۔ یہ تجویز کیا جاتا ہے کہ آپ اپنی درخواست رجسٹرڈ پوسٹ یا کورئیر سروس کے ذریعے بھیجیں تاکہ اس کی ترسیل کو ٹریک کیا جا سکے۔

• درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: 28 مارچ 2023 براہ کرم نوٹ کریں کہ یہ آپ کی درخواستیں جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ ہے۔ اس تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ آخری لمحات کی عجلت سے بچیں اور آخری تاریخ سے کافی پہلے اپنی درخواست جمع کرائیں تاکہ پوسٹل ڈیلیوری میں کسی بھی تکنیکی مسائل یا تاخیر سے بچا جا سکے۔
