The Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC), established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 as a non-profit organization under the Government of Punjab, is dedicated to enhancing social health protection initiatives and developing sustainable financing schemes to achieve universal healthcare coverage in Punjab. Available Positions
1. Director Communication (1 Position)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations/Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 12 years in a leadership role.
- Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.
2. Director Legal (1 Position)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), with preference for a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.
3. Director Empanelment & Enrolment (1 Position)
- Qualification: MBBS with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration/Public Health/Hospital Management/Public Administration from an HEC/PMDC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital operations or health delivery services, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.
4. Manager Legal (1 Position)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), with preference for a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in the public sector.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
5. Deputy Manager Administration (1 Position)
- Qualification: 18 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Finance/Social Sciences/Administrative Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the public sector.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.
6. Deputy Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (1 Position)
- Qualification: 18 years of formal education with a degree in Computer Sciences/Statistics/Public Health/Anthropology/Project Management/Economics/Sociology/Rural Studies/Urban Studies/Business Administration/Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in health-related programs.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.
7. Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (3 Positions)
- Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Computer Sciences/Statistics/Public Health/Anthropology/Project Management/Economics/Sociology/Rural Studies/Urban Studies/Business Administration/Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: Not more than 30 years.
8. Assistant Manager Communication (Digital Media) (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Media Studies/Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
9. Assistant Manager Administration (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Finance/Social Sciences/Administrative Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.

- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
10. Assistant Manager Contracts (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Finance/Project Management/Economics/Commercial Engineering/Law from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those with experience in contract management.
- Age Limit: Not more than 30 years.
11. HR Executive (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.

12. PS to COO (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Finance/Social Sciences/Administrative Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Secretary to a CEO/COO in a corporate/public sector organization.
- Age Limit: Not more than 25 years.
