1. Area Education Managers (Female)
We are seeking dynamic and experienced female professionals to serve as Area Education Managers. These leadership roles are crucial in overseeing and supporting the operations and academic quality of a cluster of TCF schools within a designated geographical area. Area Education Managers are pivotal in ensuring effective school management, teacher development, and the successful implementation of TCF’s educational model.
Key Responsibilities – Area Education Managers:
- School Supervision and Management: Provide regular supervision and support to a cluster of TCF school principals and staff, ensuring adherence to TCF’s operational guidelines and educational standards. Monitor school performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance school effectiveness.
- Academic Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality education across assigned schools, monitoring teaching methodologies, curriculum implementation, and student learning outcomes. Conduct regular school visits to observe classroom teaching, provide feedback to teachers, and support the implementation of best practices in education.
- Teacher Development and Mentorship: Lead and facilitate professional development initiatives for teachers and school staff, organizing training workshops, mentoring sessions, and sharing best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile – Area Education Managers:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education, Social Sciences, or related field). A Master’s degree is highly preferred and considered a significant asset for this leadership role.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience working with non-profit organizations or in challenging educational environments is highly desirable. Teaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Age Range: 25-30 years (This is a preferred age range to ensure a balance of experience and long-term commitment to the role and organization).

Possible Key Responsibilities – Area Coordinators/Managers (Specialized Roles):
- Academic Support Coordinators: Provide direct academic support to schools and teachers, assisting with curriculum implementation, developing teaching resources, conducting classroom observations, and facilitating workshops on effective teaching methodologies.
- Teacher Training Managers:1 Design, organize, and deliver teacher training programs and workshops, focusing on enhancing pedagogical skills, subject matter expertise, and classroom management techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve training modules.
