LESCO is seeking dynamic and qualified professionals for its Market Implementation and Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD). These positions are offered on an open contract basis with a market-based lump sum pay package and a six-month probation period.

| Assistant Manager (Transmission Planning) | 01 | 32 Years | Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics). Min 02 years experience in power sector; proficiency in PSS/E or ETAP tools preferred. |
| Assistant Manager (Demand Forecasting) | 01 | 32 Years | Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics). Min 02 years experience in demand forecasting or power sector. |
Important Terms & Conditions
- Nature of Job: Purely contractual, non-pensionable, and carries no long-term benefits. These positions will not be converted into permanent roles.
- Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
