Terms, Conditions & Important Rules
- ETEA Profile Verification: All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before submitting an application or paying the fee, you must print the ETEA E-Sahulat Token and verify your identity/CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise. Applications without this verification will be rejected.
- Quota Allowances: Age relaxation will be provided according to existing government laws. Women can also apply for positions that match the relaxed criteria outlined above.
- Experience Certificates: Only experience certificates issued by government, semi-government, or registered autonomous bodies will be accepted. Private experience will not be counted.
- Separate Applications: If you wish to apply for both posts, you must submit separate applications and fees for each.
- Test Information: Candidates will be notified about test dates, times, and venues via SMS through ETEA. Roll number slips must be downloaded from the official website. No physical call letters will be dispatched via post.
How to Apply Online via ETEA
Follow these steps to submit your application cleanly and accurately:
- Visit the Portal: Head over to the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk.
- Fill the Form: Complete the online application form. The online forms will be live and available starting from June 3, 2026.
- Generate Deposit Slip: After submitting the form, download and print the system-generated Deposit Slip which includes a specific token number and project code.
- Pay the Fee: Deposit the prescribed, non-refundable test fee using the deposit slip at any branch of UBL or via the Omni App / EasyPaisa.
- Keep Proof: Retain the original consumer copy of the paid deposit slip for your own records. Do not send physical documents or slips to the ETEA office at this initial stage.
