⚠️ Important Eligibility & Policy Rules

  • Academic Restrictions: Candidates with a third division anywhere in their entire academic career are not eligible to apply.
  • First Division Definition: * Semester System: A minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Annual System: A minimum of 60% marks.
  • Verification: Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents (DMCs, Degrees, Transcripts, Domicile, CNIC, and Experience Certificates) at the time of the demonstration/interview.

💵 Application Processing Fee

A non-refundable application fee must be deposited into the University’s designated Bank of Khyber account:

  • Assistant Professor: Rs. 5,000/-
  • Lecturer: Rs. 4,000/-
  • Note: A separate fee must be paid if applying for multiple positions, and the fee slip must be uploaded to the portal.

📝 How to Apply

  1. Applications must be submitted through the online job portal at www.ulm.edu.pk.
  2. Ensure no column of the online application form is left blank.
  3. Upload clear, high-quality documents. Blurred or invalid document uploads will result in rejection.
  4. Deadline: Applications must be submitted online within 30 days of the advertisement’s publication. No hard copies or alternative submission modes will be accepted.
