Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Intermediate (Science): Candidates must have passed their Intermediate (F.Sc / Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE).
- Note: Candidates holding an equivalent certificate/diploma instead of F.Sc Science are not eligible to apply.
2. Physical Standards
Because of the active field duties associated with the forest force, candidates must fulfill the following strict physical requirements:
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (5’\text{–}6″)
- Chest: 32 inches unexpanded to 34 inches expanded (32″\times34″)
- Physical Fitness Test (Running): Candidates must be able to run 3 kilometers within 15 minutes.
- Health Condition: The candidate must be completely free from any physical disability or impairment.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Regular Appointments: All appointments will be filled on a regular basis in accordance with the prevailing civil servant rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Provisional Screening: Admission to the ETEA screening test is provisional. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage of document scrutiny, their candidacy will be instantly revoked.
- Shortlisting: Interview calls will only be extended to candidates who successfully clear the physical and written screening benchmarks.
- Government Servants: Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government institutions must apply through the proper channel. Experience certificates must be countersigned by the head of the respective department; private experience certificates will not be accepted.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowances will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be evaluated as per existing provincial government rules.

Step 1: Profile Creation & NADRA E-Sahulat Verification
- Visit the official ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) and set up your profile.
- Print out the generated E-Sahulat Token from the portal dashboard.
- Visit your nearest NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk) with your original CNIC to verify your registration.
- > CRITICAL NOTE: Online applications cannot be processed or submitted without getting your CNIC verified via NADRA E-Sahulat.
Step 2: Form Submission
- Log back into the ETEA website after successful verification.
- Select the Forest Guard (BPS-08) position and fill out the required application details.
- The online registration portal will open on June 10, 2026.
Step 3: Fee Payment
- Upon submitting the application, download the automated online fee deposit slip containing your unique token number and project code.
- Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee using the Easypaisa App or through any UBL Bank / UBL OMNI Agent.
- Retain the stamped original candidate copy of the deposit slip safely for your records. Do not send physical documents or bank receipts to the ETEA office at this stage.
