Government Hajj Scheme 2027: Package Costs

The government has structured two primary packages for pilgrims under the official scheme:

Payment Schedule for Government Dues

First Installment: Collection begins on August 18, 2026 (50% of the selected package amount).
Second Installment: Due in the first week of October.

Private Hajj Scheme 2027

Group Selection: Private Hajj pilgrims must select their preferred Hajj Group Organizer from among 25 authorized companies via the “Pak Hajj App”.
Payment Processing: Payments must be made exclusively through the Pak Hajj App / Hajj Portal. Any payment made through other channels will not be the responsibility of the Ministry.

Method of Payment for Hajj Dues

Payments can be securely processed online or via banking channels using the following methods:

Online Payment: Through any bank account using the “Pak Hajj App” or the official Hajj Portal (hajj.mora.gov.pk) via 1-Link / PSID or Debit/Credit Card.
Bank Challan: Generating a digital bank challan (app/portal) and depositing it at the nearest branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

Terms and Conditions

Registration Mandate: For the second phase, registration on the Pak Hajj App / Hajj Portal is mandatory for all successful Government or Private scheme Hajj applicants.
Passport Validity: The applicant’s Pakistani passport must be valid up to November 16, 2027.
POC Cardholders: The Saudi government has permitted non-resident Pakistani POC holders to travel from Pakistan for Hajj, provided they travel with a Pakistani passport and eligible close family members.
Authorized Partner: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has been appointed as the authorized banking partner to assist the Ministry with applicant dues collection and operational support.

تعارف

وزارت مذہبی امور اور بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی، حکومت پاکستان نے “پہلے آئیے پہلے پائیے” کی بنیاد پر حج 2027 کے لیے سرکاری اور پرائیویت اسکیم کی درخواستوں کا باقاعدہ آغاز کر دیا ہے. عازمین کے لیے تفصیلی پیکجز اور ادائیگی کا طریقہ کار جاری کر دیا گیا ہے.

سرکاری حج اسکیم 2027 کے پیکجز

لانگ پیکج (38 تا 42 دن تقریباً): 12 لاکھ روپے
شارٹ پیکج (20 تا 25 دن تقریباً): 13 لاکھ روپے

اضافی سہولیات

دو بیڈ الگ کمرہ (صرف مکہ مکرمہ): 2 لاکھ 10 ہزار روپے فی فرد
تین بیڈ الگ کمرہ (صرف مکہ مکرمہ): 70 ہزار روپے فی فرد

قسطوں کی وصولی

پہلی قسط: 18 اگست 2026 سے (منتخب کردہ حج پیکج کا 50 فیصد).
دوسری قسط: اکتوبر کے پہلے ہفتے میں.

پرائیویت حج اسکیم

پرائیویت عازمین “پاک حج ایپ” کے ذریعے 25 مجاز کمپنیوں میں سے اپنے پسندیدہ حج آرگنائزر کا انتخاب کریں گے.
ادائیگی صرف پاک حج ایپ یا حج پورٹل کے ذریعے ہوگی، اس کے علاوہ کسی بھی ذریعے سے ادائیگی پر وزارت ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی.

ادائیگی کا طریقہ کار

ادائیگی صرف نیشنل آئی ٹی بورڈ کی تیار کردہ “پاک حج ایپ” یا حج پورٹل hajj.mora.gov.pk کے ذریعے درج ذیل طریقوں سے ممکن ہے:

کسی بھی بینک اکاؤنٹ کے ذریعے ون لنک / PSID.
بینک کارڈ (ڈیبٹ / کریڈٹ کارڈ).
ڈیجیٹل بینک چالان (ایپ / پورٹل سے پرنٹ لے کر حبیب بینک لمیٹڈ کی قریبی برانچ میں جمع ہوگا).

شرائط و ضوابط

پاسپورٹ کی میعاد 16 نومبر 2027 تک ہونی چاہیے.
شارٹ حج پیکج کے لیے 30 ہزار جبکہ لانگ حج کے لیے 77,526 نشستیں مختص ہیں.
حبیب بینک لمیٹڈ کو وزارت کا مجاز بینکنگ پارٹنر مقرر کیا گیا ہے.
