Application Procedure & Fee Details

  1. Online Application: Applicants are required to apply online through the Punjab Job Portal ([https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk](https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk)) on or before 31.08.2026. Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
  2. Exclusion of Manual Applications: Job applications/documents received via email, by hand, or through courier will not be entertained.
  3. Application Processing Fee: Applicants must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 900/- on or before the closing date through a bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 658004552220004 (Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account) and upload the scanned copy of the payment receipt with the online application on the Punjab Job Portal. Applications without processing fee and/or processing fee submitted through Postal Order or Bank Draft will not be considered or accepted under any circumstances.
  4. Multiple Posts: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate fee for each post.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Mandatory Document Upload: It is mandatory to upload transcripts along with educational degrees and relevant job experience certificates when submitting the online job application. The documents uploaded with the online application will be considered final, and PMA will not request resubmission of any document.
  • Disqualification Factors: Submission of fake or irrelevant documents, non-submission of required education/experience certificates, or missing documents/incorrect information intentionally or unintentionally shall lead to immediate disqualification without any notice.
  • Ineligible Experience: Experience gained as part-time, teaching, honorary, self-employed, apprentice, or intern will not be considered or counted as valid experience.
  • Government Employees: Applicants already in government service should apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC at the time of interview issued by the competent/appointing authority, clearly reflecting the date of appointment and nature of job.
  • Age Relaxation: General age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 5+3 years for female candidates shall be applicable as per Government Instructions.
  • Interviews & Verification: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates passing the interview must submit HEC-verified degrees, experience letters, a fresh police character verification certificate, and a medical fitness certificate issued by a district hospital.
