Eligibility Criteria
- Domicile: Open merit, with preference given to domicile holders of Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years (upper age limit shall be relaxed for retired consultants/specialist doctors subject to their motivation & medical fitness).
- Registration: Valid Permanent Registration with PM&DC.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent qualification registered with PM&DC.
- Level-II or Level-III qualifications in relevant specialties with required post-qualification clinical experience.
- For Supervisory PG Training: Assistant Professor status approved by CPSP with 5 years post-fellowship experience.
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of clinical experience with Level-II or 2 years with Level-III qualifications for specialist roles.
- 5 years post-fellowship experience for the Supervisor position.
Salary and Benefits
- The pay package for Specialists doctors (qualified) shall be Rs. 350,000/month.
- The pay package of Supervisor of Gynaecologist post at RHQ Hospital Chilas shall be Rs. 500,000/month.
- Hiring will be made purely on fixed pay / temporary basis ending on 30th June, 2027.
Selection Process
