We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
📍 Open Locations
KSA – Arabic Speaker required
India – Candidate must be able to report to the Kerala office
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales team activities aligned with sales plans
Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics & Marketing
Track sales targets, performance, and prepare reports/dashboards
Manage sales consultants’ calendars for optimal productivity
Handle proposals, pricing approvals, contracts, and order documentation
Ensure timely sales order processing, billing follow-ups, and fulfillment
Schedule sales meetings, reviews, and pipeline discussions
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems
Support sales process improvements and internal policy implementation
🔹 Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates preferred
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business or related field
Strong experience in sales documentation & coordination
Proven B2B sales exposure
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales processes
