General Terms & Conditions

  1. All appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing rules and policies of the government.
  2. A 5% quota is reserved for minorities.
  3. A 2% quota is reserved for disabled persons.
  4. On the day of the interview, candidates must bring their original academic documents, CNIC, and Union Council certificate.
  5. No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
  6. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, amend, or cancel the number of vacancies in accordance with government policy.
  7. Upon recruitment, the candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act 1973 (Amended) Act 2022.
