Applications are invited for the position of Forest Guard (BPS-08) within the Buner Watershed Division, Swari. The recruitment process is being conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to apply must meet the following educational, physical, and age requirements:

1. Educational Qualification

  • Intermediate (Pre-Science / Second Division) from any recognized board.

2. Age Limit

  • 18 to 25 years. Upper age limit relaxations will be granted according to prevailing government rules.

3. Physical Standards

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches.
  • Chest: Minimum 32 inches (unexpanded) to 34\frac{1}{2} inches (expanded).
  • Physical Endurance: Candidates must successfully complete a 3-kilometer run within 15 minutes.
  • Health: The candidate must be completely free from any physical disability.

Key Terms and Conditions

  • All appointments will strictly adhere to the laws and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • A physical test will be conducted for all candidates by ETEA first. Only those who pass the physical test will be allowed to sit for the ETEA Screening Test.
  • Candidates successfully selected for the positions must undergo mandatory professional training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Thandiani, Abbottabad.
  • Selected candidates who quit their training or job before completing 3 years will be legally bound to refund all training expenses spent on them by the department.
  • Original educational documents must be produced at the time of the interview. A waiting list will remain valid for up to 3 months from the date of the interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

How to Apply

  1. Interested applicants must visit the official ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) to create an online profile.
  2. Before submitting the fee, candidates must verify their CNIC through any nearest franchise (Kiosk). Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.
  3. After profile verification, print the deposit slip from the website and deposit the prescribed examination fee (non-refundable) at any UBL Bank branch, UBL Omni, or via the EasyPaisa App.
  4. Keep the original deposit slip safe. Do not send any educational documents or hard copies to the ETEA office.
  5. The online application forms will be accessible on the ETEA website starting from June 3, 2026.
  6. The last date for online form submission is June 30, 2026.
