1. Country Finance & Operations Director (CFOD)

  • Location: Islamabad
  • Reporting to: Country Director/COP & US-based Functional Leads (F&O, HR, IT)

Key Responsibilities

The CFOD will oversee the financial and operational health of the country office, ensuring compliance with international donor regulations and local statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of management oversight (Finance, Ops, HR) at the country level within a non-profit.
  • Skills: * Expertise in donor rules (USG Agencies, BMGF, GAVI).
  • Strong grasp of Pakistan labor laws and tax compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with International NGOs specifically within Pakistan.

2. Senior Manager Procurement

  • Location: Karachi
  • Reporting to: Country Finance & Operations Director (CFOD)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing project procurement activities in alignment with organizational policies, donor requirements, and local government regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s in MBA, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years specifically on international donor-funded (preferably US Government) health projects in Pakistan.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. Government procurement policies.
  • Expertise in vendor evaluation, tendering processes, and contract negotiation.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong report-writing skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently in the field.
