4. Phantom Lab Attendant: Support the operation of the Phantom Lab, assist in setting up equipment, maintain lab cleanliness, and provide logistical support for faculty and students during training activities.
5. Simulation Technician for Software working on Manikin in Skill Lab & ALLA (Advanced Life-Like Anatomy): Manage and maintain simulation software and manikins within the Skill Lab and ALLA facilities, provide technical support for simulation-based training, and ensure software and hardware are optimally functional for educational purposes.

1. Director Medical Research Centre: Provide strategic leadership to the Medical Research Centre, oversee research operations, promote research collaborations, manage research funding and resources, and enhance the research output and impact of JSMU.

3. Hostel Warden (Girls Hostel): Manage and oversee the Girls Hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive living environment for female students, manage hostel administration, maintain discipline, and address student welfare and accommodation needs.

• Domicile Requirement: All applicants must be domiciled in the Sindh province to be eligible for these positions. This requirement is mandated by the university policy to prioritize local talent and contribute to the development of human resources within Sindh. Exemption: This domicile requirement is waived for candidates who are already employees working within Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) or National Institute of Child Health (NICH).
• Qualification and Eligibility: Detailed qualification and eligibility criteria for each position are available on the JSMU website: www.jsmu.edu.pk. Applicants are strongly advised to consult the website for specific requirements related to their desired position before applying.
• Application Form: The prescribed application form is available for download on the JSMU website: www.jsmu.edu.pk. Applications must be submitted using the official JSMU application form; no other format will be accepted.
• Required Documents: Applicants must submit a hard copy of the completed application form along with the following documents, properly attested:
  1. Two recent passport-sized photographs.
  2. One complete set of attested photocopies of all relevant academic documents, including degrees, diplomas, and certificates.
  3. Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  4. Three current referral letters from reputable academic or professional references who can attest to your skills and experience.
  5. Original Pay Order of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) drawn in favor of “Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi.” Applications submitted without the required Pay Order will not be processed.

• Pre-Interview Test (MCQs): In case of a large number of applications for any given post, JSMU reserves the right to conduct a pre-interview test comprising Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to shortlist candidates for the interview stage. Only candidates who successfully clear the pre-interview test will be called for the interview.
• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications in any manner, including missing documents, unsigned forms, or non-payment of the application processing fee, will be rejected summarily without any further consideration.
• Confidentiality: All information provided in the application will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of recruitment.
• University Rights: JSMU reserves the right to reject any or all applications at any stage of the recruitment process without assigning any reason. The decision of JSMU in all matters related to recruitment shall be final.
• Shortlisting and Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and perform well in the pre-interview test (if applicable) will be contacted and invited for interviews. Meeting the basic eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
• Government/Public Sector Employees: Applicants currently employed in Government service or Public Sector Higher Education Institutions must apply through proper channels and must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer along with their application. • No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for attending the pre-interview test or interview. Candidates will have to bear their own expenses.
• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation, if applicable, will be subject to the approval of the Scrutiny Committee/Selection Board as per university rules and government regulations.

2. فینٹم لیب ٹیکنیشن: فینٹم لیب کا انتظام کریں، simulation ٹریننگ کے لیے استعمال ہونے والے آلات کو برقرار رکھیں، فیکلٹی اور طلباء کو فینٹم بیسڈ پریکٹس سیشن کے دوران مدد کریں، اور اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ لیب کا ماحول موثر طریقہ کار سیکھنے میں معاون ہو۔

اہلیت کے معیار اور درخواست کا طریقہ کار:

جناح سندھ میڈیکل یونیورسٹی بہترین ٹیلنٹ کو راغب کرنے اور بھرتی کے منصفانہ اور شفاف عمل کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔ براہ کرم اہلیت کے درج ذیل معیار اور درخواست کی ہدایات کا بغور جائزہ لیں:

• ڈومیسائل کی ضرورت: ان عہدوں کے لیے اہل ہونے کے لیے تمام درخواست دہندگان کا ڈومیسائل صوبہ سندھ کا ہونا لازمی ہے۔ یہ ضرورت یونیورسٹی پالیسی کے تحت مقامی ٹیلنٹ کو ترجیح دینے اور سندھ میں انسانی وسائل کی ترقی میں اپنا حصہ ڈالنے کے لیے لازمی ہے۔ استثنیٰ: یہ ڈومیسائل کی ضرورت ان امیدواروں کے لیے معاف کی گئی ہے جو پہلے سے ہی جناح پوسٹ گریجویٹ میڈیکل سینٹر (JPMC) یا نیشنل انسٹیٹیوٹ آف چائلڈ ہیلتھ (NICH) میں ملازم ہیں۔
• قابلیت اور اہلیت: ہر عہدے کے لیے تفصیلی قابلیت اور اہلیت کا معیار JSMU کی ویب سائٹ: www.jsmu.edu.pk پر دستیاب ہے۔ درخواست دہندگان کو سختی سے مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ درخواست دینے سے پہلے اپنی مطلوبہ پوزیشن سے متعلق مخصوص تقاضوں کے لیے ویب سائٹ سے مشورہ کریں۔
• درخواست فارم: تجویز کردہ درخواست فارم JSMU کی ویب سائٹ: www.jsmu.edu.pk پر ڈاؤن لوڈ کے لیے دستیاب ہے۔ درخواستیں JSMU کے سرکاری درخواست فارم کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے جمع کرائی جانی چاہئیں۔ کوئی اور فارمیٹ قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
• مطلوبہ دستاویزات: درخواست دہندگان کو مکمل طور پر پُر شدہ درخواست فارم کی ہارڈ کاپی درج ذیل دستاویزات کے ساتھ مناسب طریقے سے تصدیق شدہ جمع کرانی ہوگی:
  1. دو حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصاویر۔
  2. تمام متعلقہ تعلیمی دستاویزات کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپیوں کا ایک مکمل سیٹ، بشمول ڈگریاں، ڈپلومے اور سرٹیفکیٹ۔
  3. تفصیلی کریکولم ویٹائی (CV)۔
  4. معروف تعلیمی یا پیشہ ورانہ حوالہ جات سے تین موجودہ حوالہ خطوط جو آپ کی مہارت اور تجربے کی تصدیق کر سکیں۔
  5. روپے 1500/- کا اصل پے آرڈر (ناقابل واپسی) “جناح سندھ میڈیکل یونیورسٹی، کراچی” کے حق میں تیار کیا گیا۔ مطلوبہ پے آرڈر کے بغیر جمع کرائی گئی درخواستوں پر کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی۔

• درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 16 مارچ 2025 ہے۔ اس تاریخ کو یا اس سے پہلے موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور کیا جائے گا۔ آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
• انٹرویو سے پہلے کا ٹیسٹ (MCQs): کسی بھی عہدے کے لیے درخواستوں کی بڑی تعداد کی صورت میں، JSMU انٹرویو کے مرحلے کے لیے امیدواروں کو شارٹ لسٹ کرنے کے لیے ملٹیپل چوائس سوالات (MCQs) پر مشتمل انٹرویو سے پہلے کا ٹیسٹ لینے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔ صرف ان امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا جو پری انٹرویو ٹیسٹ کو کامیابی سے پاس کریں گے۔
• نامکمل درخواستیں: کسی بھی طرح سے نامکمل درخواستیں، بشمول گمشدہ دستاویزات، غیر دستخط شدہ فارم، یا درخواست پروسیسنگ فیس کی عدم ادائیگی، کو بغیر کسی مزید غور کے مسترد کر دیا جائے گا۔
• رازداری: درخواست میں فراہم کی گئی تمام معلومات کو سختی سے خفیہ رکھا جائے گا اور صرف بھرتی کے مقصد کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔
• یونیورسٹی کے حقوق: JSMU بغیر کسی وجہ بتائے بھرتی کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر کسی بھی یا تمام درخواستوں کو مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔ بھرتی سے متعلق تمام معاملات میں JSMU کا فیصلہ حتمی ہوگا۔
• شارٹ لسٹنگ اور انٹرویوز: صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدوار جو اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترتے ہیں اور پری انٹرویو ٹیسٹ میں اچھی کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو) ان سے رابطہ کیا جائے گا اور انہیں انٹرویو کے لیے مدعو کیا جائے گا۔ بنیادی اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنا انٹرویو کال کی ضمانت نہیں دیتا ہے۔
• سرکاری/عوامی شعبے کے ملازمین: سرکاری ملازمت یا عوامی شعبے کے اعلیٰ تعلیمی اداروں میں فی الحال ملازمین درخواست دہندگان کو مناسب چینلز کے ذریعے درخواست دینی چاہیے اور اپنی درخواست کے ساتھ اپنے موجودہ آجر کی طرف سے کوئی اعتراض سرٹیفکیٹ (NOC) جمع کرانا چاہیے۔ درست NOC کے بغیر درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
• کوئی TA/DA نہیں: پری انٹرویو ٹیسٹ یا انٹرویو میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا روزانہ الاؤنس (DA) قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔ امیدواروں کو اپنے اخراجات خود برداشت کرنا ہوں گے۔
• عمر میں رعایت: عمر میں رعایت، اگر قابل اطلاق ہو، جانچ پڑتال کمیٹی/سلیکشن بورڈ کی منظوری سے مشروط ہوگی جو یونیورسٹی کے قوانین اور سرکاری ضوابط کے مطابق ہوگی۔
• دستاویزات کی تصدیق: درخواست دہندگان کی طرف سے جمع کرائی گئی تمام دستاویزات اور تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹس کی تصدیق کی جائے گی۔ کسی بھی مرحلے پر کسی بھی غلط یا گمراہ کن دستاویزات کی دریافت بھرتی کے عمل سے فوری طور پر نااہلی کا باعث بنے گی۔
