Eligibility Criteria

Educational / Professional Qualification

Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or relevant certification would be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field.
Candidates having work experience in a Bank and / or financial institution would be preferred.

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

Good working knowledge in project estimation, project billing, and project execution.
Ability to multitask with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
Ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

To perform site visits for overall assessment of project / assignment and report accordingly.
To prepare cost estimates for each project / task in light of Bank’s policy.
To review and analyze layout plans and discuss any changes with supervisor and cross-functional teams.
To prepare bidding documents as per the Bank’s defined policy / procedure.
To review and verify project bills / invoices.
To coordinate with project consultants, branches, and regional offices regarding projects.
To issue valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF).
To supervise building constructions and renovations of the Bank.
To provide supervision of work at site where required.
To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s).
