The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), a progressive government organization dedicated to developing a world-class city along River Ravi, is now inviting applications from fresh graduates for its prestigious Young Leadership Program.
Available Disciplines
Applications are open to graduates with Bachelors or Masters degrees in the following fields:
- Engineering: Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, and GIS/Geomatics/Space Science/Remote Sciences.
- HR & Administration: Human Resource Management, Business Management, and Business Administration.
- Law: LLB/LLM and BS/MS in Contracts Management.
- Procurement: Supply Chain Management.
- PR & Communications: Public Relations, Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, and Mass Communication.
- Sales & Marketing: Sales & Marketing and Finance.
- Architectural & Urban Planning: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City & Regional Planning, and Transportation Engineering.
Program Salient Features
- Duration: 6-month program designed to develop future leaders.
- Stipend: A monthly stipend of 45,000 PKR.
- Experience: Professional exposure and grooming in a diverse, equal-opportunity environment.
- Location: All positions are Lahore-based; however, no accommodation or TA/DA will be provided.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education.
- Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Age: Maximum age of 25 years.
- Status: Candidates must hold a completed degree at the time of application submission.

- Required Documents: Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents and one set of attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
